I stayed two nights here. All the staff with whom I interacted were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, good-sized with a useful desk and chair. and it had useful amenities, e.g., a safe that worked. The bed was very comfortable. I liked the historical decorations in the large hallways. Internet worked fine for me. The breakfast was very good. This is definitely a place to stay upon a revisit.

I absolutely loved the hotel. The service, the hospitality. I think it more than justifies its price. The breakfasts are great. The room was clean. Everyone says hello. The location is convenient. They help with all your questions. Good contingent

Nice and clean hotel. Breakfast options are rich. Many thanks to the lady responsible for the breakfast. Very friendly and helpful. The welcome, attention and helpfulness at the hotel is quite good. Thank you to Al Madine hptele for their nice services.

We stayed in a very large room. It had a bathroom large enough to be a room. Surprisingly enough. Unfortunately, there wasn't a single armchair or chair in the room. There were incredible closets. It was a bit funny and interesting, but we needed a chair. Breakfast was good. The spacious bathroom and the breakfast were enough for us. The train was very cosy, and we had to carry our huge suitcases like weightlifters. There were no escalators or elevators. Those stairs will haunt my dreams. After Tashkent, don't come to Samarkand on the trek. It was like death.

The hotel is simply amazing (the room was clean, tidy, and quiet), the service was excellent, the food was delicious, we arrived early, they checked us in, and most importantly, the attitude towards the people. I forgot a shirt there and found it back home a week later. They found it, made arrangements, and they delivered it to me. Thank you so much!!!

Centrally located with lots of shops around and a beautiful park close by. The rooms are very good but there are no windows except those facing the inside hallway.
Staff were really attentive and helpful. Breakfast was good with enough choices. Pretty laid back but the staff try their best.
The AC was okay but took ages to cool. Bathrooms are great but ventilation was quite poor despite the exhaust fan.

We lived in Al Madina hotel for 3 days, first we got a room with a window onto the corridor. But the next day we asked to change a room with windows facing the street, the girl at the reception was very nice (I can’t remember her name), she immediately changed our room! Both rooms were very clean, there was a pleasant smell in the corridor, a lot of decorations in the traditional national Uzbek style, beautiful! The breakfasts are good, many thanks to the staff!

The girl at the reception is simply beyond praise. Very attentive, courteous. Helped in many ways. The location is simply excellent - in the very center. Breakfasts are also at a level. You will be satisfied with the service. The rooms and bathroom are spacious and comfortable.

The location of the place is amazing, near everything, and easy to find Taxi for places, taxies are super cheap, its 5 mnts walk from everything the hotel is so cute and authentic, rooms are big, and super clean, the bathroom is excellent, always hot water and also clean now, lets talk staff, from the manager to all other staff, super friendly and super amazing, I would like to thank everyone, the lady who always helped me over WhatsApp, and Firdous for being amazing and doing the extra mile to make our stay special. my stay was great, I am very thankful
