- the description of the room was wrong. there wasn't a fridge, a microwave and a kettle. we had to go down from the third floor to the kitchen. it was uncomfortable. when we arrived the bathroom was dirty, but when we complained, they solved this problem.

Terrible Experience – Worst Stay in Uzbekistan
This was by far the worst stay we had during our entire trip to Uzbekistan. Despite booking a month in advance and informing the property multiple times about our exact arrival time, we were given a very small room upon arrival against the large room we had booked. They claimed there was an issue with the bed, but it was quite clear they were overbooked and simply making excuses.
To compensate, they offered us a complimentary breakfast, for which we had clearly requested vegetarian food. Shockingly, the breakfast included chicken, which they insisted was vegetarian. The food options were also extremely limited. On the second day, they served breakfast for only one person, and after waiting for over an hour, nothing more was arranged.
While the room was clean, it had a persistent bad smell due to poor ventilation. Basic amenities like an electric kettle were missing and had to be specially requested. After all the inconvenience, they gave us a mere $5 discount, which they later nullified by adding it back as a "tourist tax"—without providing any receipt or registration slip.
Although the receptionists were polite, the property was clearly understaffed and unable to manage guest needs properly.
Overall, a very disappointing and frustrating experience. Would not recommend staying here.

The hotel was clean. Reception staff were polite and friendly to humans and me as a teddy bear. Although basic, the hotel has a small swimming pool.

The rooms are very clean, everything is in excellent condition (it felt like the hotel was brand new). The rooms have everything you need (hairdryer, shower accessories, clean linen and towels, slippers, water and wet wipes in the rooms). It’s hard to keep silent about the service; the employees are very sociable, hospitable, and attentive. There are nuances in terms of audibility, but they seem to be working on it; we installed gaskets between the doors. There is Wi-Fi, we had breakfast included, delicious, generous (fruits, sweets, several different dishes). Definitely recommend for a stop. I wish the owners the development and maintenance of the hotel at the same good level.

Good location, everything you need is within walking distance, good and varied breakfast, bed linen is changed every two days. I would like to thank the staff for the warm welcome and friendly service.
