I chose this hotel because it was relatively close to the airport since I had a domestic flight the next day. It was fine for just taking a shower and staying the night, and the hotel staff were friendly. I forgot to pick up my accommodation registration form, but after I left the hotel, I requested it via WhatsApp and they sent it to me as a PDF right away, which was a great help. As with other hotels I've stayed at, you won't get the paper unless you ask for it, so be sure to ask for it yourself.

The hotel is fairly new and all the staff are as helpful as can be. They can help you with everything.
Their airport shuttle was wonderful, the staff member is very polite and respectful person.
Comfort in the rooms is fine, but I think they need to be a little more sensitive about cleanliness.
Internet connection is very successful, it works without any problems.
In terms of location, the airport is very close and you can reach the place you want in an average of 20 minutes by car. And due to the feature of using taxis in the country, you can easily find a taxi in front of the hotel.
The breakfast is not very diverse, but you can try cute Uzbek foods.

Good afternoon. We booked this hotel for two days. When we arrived we were greeted warmly and placed in a room. The rooms are clean. The bed linen is snow-white. The breakfast is delicious. And the price is reasonable. Next time when we come to Tashkent with our family, we will certainly stay at this hotel.

Good location, closer to the airport. Staff was great - one helped me to get a taxi to the airport for an early flight. Thr size of room is decent. My room faces the busy street and the window didn’t close tightly so I could hear the traffic noise.

I never like this hotel anymore. Receptionists are very rude and not helpful. I never recommend to come this hotel. All dramma happening here.

The receptionists are very welcoming. It is best to go to breakfast quite early because the buffet is not replenished. The rooms are simple; we were surprised by the lamp above the bed (1.2 m diameter lamp which is phosphorescent and does not turn off). This is very annoying for people who like to sleep in the dark. The nearest metro station is Novza station: it is a 20 to 25 minute walk from the hotel. The journey to get there is simple since it only takes one long road. The journey does not pose any safety concerns.

WE SPENT A MONTH AT THIS HOTEL. BEAUTIFUL, EXCELLENT BREAKFAST, GOOD LOCATION. THE STAFF , ABSOLUTELY MARVELOUS. 150% RECOMMENDED.

Room was fine, however it takes some 10-15 minutes by taxi to get to the city center.

The front desk staff came off a little rude, which was okay with me, but once I got to the room, there was a lot of hair on the pillows and the sheets. The carpet didn’t look like it was vacuumed. The ladies that came to switch the sheets were friendly and apologized.
If you’re staying here for a day or two, the hotel is an okay choice; if you’re looking for something more long-term, I’d look for something else.
