The location is excellent, with a store nearby where you can grab something for evening tea or a snack. It's less than a 20-minute walk from the Aybek metro station, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.
The breakfasts are decent, with fruit, Uzbek sweets, and dried fruit.
The downside is the sewer smell in the room, and the sink and shower have a single faucet. I don't know if this is unique to room 28. There's a window in the room, which was helpful.
The room has a kettle, cups, a refrigerator, toiletries, and slippers.

The location is excellent, close to the airport and station.
There's also a grocery store and ATM nearby that's open late, making it convenient for travelers.
The facilities are old, but they're cleaned thoroughly every day.
The staff were very kind, and even handed mineral water to my Japanese friend who was visiting.

I have visited Tashkent with tourism and treatment aim.I Have stayed in Orzu hotel 41 days.The hotels manager Odelshir made discount for me, was very helpful and kind.I felt in this hotel the hospitality of Uzbekistan people.Thanks to Nargis who gave us breakfast every day.She also was kind, greeted and surved the guests with smile face.The breakfast was good.The hotels location is nice.15 minute walking to Oybek metro station and 45 minute walking to the Amir Timur square.City railway station, Mirobad bazaar, national cuisine cafe and restaurants, banks, markets are located nearby.Also thanks to the hotels houskeeping and reception for everything.I recomend this boutique hotel to everyone.

The owner was super friendly and the breakfast was delicious! The chef was amazing and the room was quiet and clean. It was not too big but you can find everything that you need. Definitely would recommend!

Great hotel! I loved how the owner and the manager were so kind and made a good deal for me! The breakfast was fantastic! Really impressed with the food and the choices they had! Would recommend!

The staff were very attentive. Odil manager, Natalia Receptionist and all service women made us feel welcome. They’ve worked very hard during pandemic time and was very helpful. Food was great and room was spacious and comfortable.
