The hotel is located in a quiet area; we reached the city center by taxi/metro. The room was clean and comfortable.
The only thing I would have liked was more hangers in the room.

Sardor was my guide to the mountains for a day tour. Sardor speaks very good English & was helpful & polite. He was a nice car & is an excellent driver I highly recommend him for tours in & around Tashkent.

Everything was great. The room was very large and had everything you need. The bathroom was clean, with no signs of rust, mold, or anything like that. The breakfast was varied, as is typical (pancakes, porridge, sandwiches). The only downside is that the address is incorrect. We arrived at night and wasted time. Locals helped us and drove us to the hotel.

It's good value for money; it has basic amenities like toothbrushes, shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer. The only downside is the lack of an elevator, but it only has two floors, so climbing the stairs isn't tiring. The staff speaks fluent English.

My mom recently stayed at the hotel and absolutely loved it! The hotel was very nice, and the staff was amazing. They provided an incredible welcome, meeting her at the airport and helping with her bags. During her stay, the room was cleaned daily, and she enjoyed a nice breakfast and water daily. The host went above and beyond to make her feel welcome in the city. It was great to have air conditioning because of the hot July weather. With its convenient location, my mom enjoyed her trip. I'm so thankful to the staff and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

We went to Tashkent on business and chose the hotel based on the advice of our colleagues. It was a great hotel, the receptionists were very helpful, especially Kamil. The breakfasts were also good, though there was room for improvement, but overall they were filling and delicious. The location was perfect for our work.

The hotel is conveniently located on a quiet street close to the city center. It's very clean, everything is new and beautiful. Breakfasts are excellent, and the staff is helpful. There are renovations going on in the building next door, but this didn't spoil my stay, as the hotel itself is spotless.

We are a travel agent from India, and an unauthorized transaction got booked through our TBO portal, which was routed via Expedia. The hotel refuses to refund, citing a non-refundable policy, even though the booking was fraudulent. The hotel has provided conflicting information, sometimes claiming the guest checked in, and at other times saying there was no check-in. If there is a guest who actually checked in under the pretext of this booking, we ask that you route them to Expedia immediately, as this is a completely unauthorized transaction. It is not ethical to take advantage of this situation and be non-responsive to the booking partners. This booking was for 16 nights, and we request immediate action to cancel the reservation and issue a refund. If a guest has checked in, they should be questioned. This is a matter of your hotel’s credibility

We have chosen to stay in this hotel because of its convenient location between rail station and airport. Rooms are spacious and relatively clean. We have booked a triple room and asked for a mattress cover to join twin beds. This has not been arranged when we arrived. Breakfast was poor. Choice of healthy food is limited. Tasteless coffee, broken teapot, no butter for bread, unrefrigerated milk. Hotel management should seriously reconsider their breakfast offer and add more healthy food and drinks.
