Who classified this hotel as a hotel, but it is a lie that it is also a three-star hotel? This is a better student residence. The basement was very bad, harsh, and very, very musty. This is not worthy of being called a hotel, but rather a very cheap residence.

They put me in the wrong room, promised to change it the next day, and left no comment. They didn't clean the room or change the towels. The facilities were poor.

Many thanks to the hotel staff for checking in during a controversial situation!
The location is excellent, many attractions were reached on foot, the metro is 15-20 minutes walk

Decent hotel with nice courtyard. Really enjoyed the breakfast, mostly consisting out of local dishes- good stuff. Service was also great, porter was very helpful organizing Simcard, taxi. Perfect stay for one eor two nights.

booked another night at the Garden hotel. thought about trying another hotel in the area but why change when it works. Only thing to metion is that they didnt make up the room for the extra night. But not something that ruins the stay.

Location - OK: 1 km walk to the metro. Quiet area. Room - everything is good. Breakfast is also not rich, but there is something to choose from, also OK. But! On the -1 floor there are washing machines that hum until about 2 am, or something else hums disgustingly. And if your room is on the 1st floor - you can't sleep normally until 2 am. I think if I came up and asked to change the room - they would have met me halfway, I realized the source of the hum too late. The room was not cleaned. Okay, ok with towels (although strange), but can they at least throw out the trash daily? That's what I didn't like. I'm lowering my rating for the noise, unchangeable towels and unthrown trash. If the administration takes action - it will be good.
