Room 103- toilet was not flushing, so I used an empty room’s toilet. Judging by the staff reaction, they knew this would happen. Staff were generally nice.

Hotel had no room for us.
We made reservation in advance, pointless.
No message through Booking, they simply waited for us to show up to tell that (late night btw).
”Conveniently” they already had a solution and sent us to another ”hotel” nearby (this place wasn’t even listed on Booking). Place was bad and not worth the price we supposedly pay at Art Inn hotel (they kept the fare for this new accommodation).
Later, we found out other reviews on Booking describing similar situations. The hotel claim a ”schedule management mistake”.
This seems to be VERY SUSPICIOUS, committing same mistake over and over again. The other ”hotel” must be very happy to receive redirected reservations from Art Inn, specially for such fare.

Don’t book here, it is scam!

We booked via booking.com. When we arrived, guy at the reception told us that the hotel is full and someone accepted our reservation by mistake. They offered us another hotel, same price. We agreed as it was 11pm and we don’t speak any language. Taxi took us to another hotel, which was disaster.
Very low standard. Place doesn’t even exist on booking. No WiFi, used bedding, zero safety standards (socket just under shower), very poor breakfast. We checked comments about art in hotel and this happened to another people as well. Seems that they do some dark business here, make Ing people book more rooms than available and then pushing them to take this very bad condition “friend” hotel. Disgusting.

Who classified this hotel as a hotel, but it is a lie that it is also a three-star hotel? This is a better student residence. The basement was very bad, harsh, and very, very musty. This is not worthy of being called a hotel, but rather a very cheap residence.

We stayed at Art Inn Hotel for 3 nights and loved it. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was spacious with strong AC—perfect for the warm weather. The beds are on the firm side, which we liked, but it might not suit everyone. Breakfast is included—nothing fancy, but satisfying. The hotel is in a quiet, calm neighborhood not far from museums, and we enjoyed strolling around and trying nearby restaurants. Overall, a great value and a comfortable stay!

They put me in the wrong room, promised to change it the next day, and left no comment. They didn't clean the room or change the towels. The facilities were poor.

Many thanks to the hotel staff for checking in during a controversial situation!
The location is excellent, many attractions were reached on foot, the metro is 15-20 minutes walk

Decent hotel with nice courtyard. Really enjoyed the breakfast, mostly consisting out of local dishes- good stuff. Service was also great, porter was very helpful organizing Simcard, taxi. Perfect stay for one eor two nights.
