very decent hotel with good service
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay at Bentley Hotel Tashkent!
I recently stayed at the Bentley Hotel in Tashkent and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed — modern, clean, and very comfortable. My room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything I needed.
The staff were incredibly friendly and professional — always smiling and ready to help with anything...
This is a very nice hotel, located near a local residential area. If you're looking for a glimpse into local life, this is a pleasant surprise. Of course, it's a bit far from the city center by subway, and the station isn't very close.
The front desk and restaurant service were excellent.
The shower didn't have a curtain, so water splashed outside, making the bathroom floor slippery and potentially...
The amenities are outstanding and need not be described any further. I would like to highlight the friendly and supporting staff at this hotel. Especially Rasul who is a waiter in the Flame restaurant did a great job and was very hospitable. Also, Sonya is a great massage therapist - definitely ask for her if you want to book a massage at their Spa. She has magical and strong hands!
I received a Thai massage from Jeena Jun, and it was absolutely first-class! Having experienced massages in many places around the world, I can confidently say this was one of the best. Jeena’s skill, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed. I would definitely rate this a full 5 stars and will certainly return again!

This is truly a good hotel with such lovely facilities!
Major issue though is the AC! They seem to turn off the room ACs at night with the temp going to 28 in the room. When I asked for correction at the first night here, the person at the reception asked us to open the window as they have turned off the Aircon for the floor😕
Apparently they turn it off after 11pm.
I loved this place except this. I...

Excellent hotel, superb service, and the amenities were Baden-Baden amazing! 😄
No washing machine, no gym, but everything else is great, especially the breakfast, which is quite substantial.
No washing machine, no gym, but everything else is great, especially the breakfast, which is quite substantial.
It is very close to the airport and the railway station, a five-minute drive. It is very far from the city center, and the surrounding area is like a rural-urban junction, with no supporting facilities. The hotel is newly renovated and the room is quite large, but the family suite with a terrace bought on Ctrip is not the price on Ctrip at all! I paid for an 80-square-meter family suite with a terrace...
Excellent. Hotel is new, ca. 7 month as I understood. Ideal for a stay in Taschkent. Well organized friedly staff. Everything worked perfectly. Very quiet and clean. Elegant design. Highly recommended!
Excellent hotel very close to both airport and railway station. Breakfast was great as well!

Our tour placed us in this hotel, and I was quite apprehensive because it was a three-star hotel in a country I didn't know. To my surprise, the hotel was much better than I expected. Considering its category, it's great. Comfortable room, good breakfast (the lady at the breakfast restaurant needs to put down her cell phone and say good morning to the guests. She's young and needs guidance, as she...
Hello! We traveled to Tashkent from September 13th to 23rd and stayed at your hotel. Overall, we liked everything about the hotel: it's clean, the rooms are cozy, the linens are fresh, they clean every day, the breakfasts are delicious, and the reception staff is friendly. The maids are great, they promptly fulfill all requests and answer questions. However, I rated it a 3 because we encountered two...
A comfortable and functional hotel with modern facilities. The rooms aren't very spacious but have everything you need (except a window in my case). The location isn't great, far from the city center and metro lines, but it's on a main avenue and easily accessible by taxi from the airport or train station. It offers good value for money, but it won't make the list of top hotels.
We stayed there, very nice new reception 24/7 👍
For unpretentious guests. Excellent value: price - quality. Good rooms: of course there is something to find fault with (little things like: traces of roof leaks, wind-blown windows, bad internet in places, not ideal cleanliness). But the affordable price + the availability of breakfast and pleasant staff make up for everything. Banks, bazaars, cafes, fast food, shopping centers - everything is nearby
I stayed with my family at Art Residence Hotel, Tashkent in Dec 2024 for 2 days. It was a family suite room and had a great stay. The rooms were very spacious, had good heating facilities, and hot water in the washroom. The breakfast spread was excellent with variety of dishes. The staffs were polite and helpful. We really had a excellent and comfortable stay at Art Residence, highly recommended

A good little hotel in central Mahalla Tashkent near the trade fair – clean, good location, very friendly staff.
The location is very convenient with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and the large terrace is lovely. The only downside was the cleaning lady's attentiveness; she was a little intrusive. The receptionist was exceptionally nice; thank you very much.
It's very convenient to get to the exhibition hall; it's only a 10-minute walk. It's a great, very quiet hotel.
Room is clean and interior is beautiful. Close to white mosque.
I stayed here for two nights as a solo traveler. It's located in a quiet residential area, so it's a great place to stay without any noise. Although it's in a residential area, it's near the entrance, so it's a short walk to the main street. There's also a decent supermarket nearby, and within walking distance are the Minor Mosque, various restaurants, and an electronics mall selling smartphones, PCs...
The decor is great and new, and the breakfast is good too. The surrounding environment is also very nice, and the service is good. Recommended!

A hotel with very good service, clean rooms, good towels, and all the necessary accessories from slippers to toothbrushes, good bed linen! And what attracts is the large pool, spa and large fitness club in the hotel! And I want to say a special thank you! To the hotel manager Javokhir! for the prompt resolution of the problem with the room reservation! I booked and paid from the Trip.com app on December...
The only problem was that the staff initially put me in the wrong room, which caused my phone screen to crack when I was verifying the booking. Overall, though, it was the best hotel I've stayed in in Tashkent in terms of all the amenities.
The room was average, three stars plus standard. The swimming pool and sauna were very good.
The room is clean and tidy, the gym and swimming pool are professional, and the front desk service is friendly
The hotel is nice. When it was fully booked, the front desk gave me a room upgrade for free. The front desk was staffed by Chinese speakers, and there was an indoor swimming pool and restaurant. Overall, it was very convenient to stay.
The decor was luxurious, the breakfast was plentiful, the staff were very patient, I was very satisfied with the ceiling height, the environment was elegant, the parking lot was large, and the facilities were complete. It truly made me feel at home.

- New hotel, clean, spacious rooms
- Very quiet environment, close to airport, city center, small bazaar in walking distance.
- Very good breakfast
- Welcoming staff
- Good wifi connection in the room
- Very good price in overall mentioned above
Very clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Great experience overall.
This hotel offers good value for money and is also relatively quiet.
Nice hotel, new facilities, quiet environment and good service
The hotel is indeed very close to the airport, and the environment is nice; it's quiet and not crowded. However, the front desk staff told us upon check-in that our reservation hadn't been successful, and they couldn't find it after several attempts, which wasted some time. This could be improved.
The room was clean, tidy and comfortable, but the bed was a bit narrow. The breakfast was also very good, and the lawn in the yard was very nice.

Cheap, but nothing special. We were only staying one night before a flight, and it's a good thing too, because the biggest issue with this hotel is the terrible soundproofing. You can hear everything from the next room – snoring, coughing, talking, all of it.
Extremely clean! The staff were incredibly responsive. When I arrived, there was a wedding in the adjacent building, making it impossible to relax or work. I was planning to leave for another place, but the staff offered a complimentary room upgrade for my comfort! Even the radiators and small surfaces, which are often overlooked during cleaning, were spotless in this hotel.
In terms of location,...
Great value for money! The room size and amenities were perfect, making for a very comfortable stay. Plus, it was super easy to access from the subway station.
The hotel stuff was really nice and helpful, but the hotel was quite far away from the sights.
The hotel is decent and very clean, and the linens are nice. You can get a simple receipt when checking out. Breakfast is on the top floor; the selection is a bit limited, but it's good for a coffee. Taxis to attractions are also quite convenient.
I stayed at this hotel in January 2026. My room was a corner unit, but the walls were thick and the soundproofing was perfect. There was no noise from the street or road.
I think the hotel's location is excellent: the metro is nearby (5-6 minutes), and there are plenty of shops, cafes, and shopping centers. Although for some reason, taxi drivers often have trouble finding it.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, close to both the airport and the South Railway Station. It's very soundproof, with only five or six rooms per floor. The hotel's facilities are comparable to those in China, exceeding expectations.
The decor is decent, comparable to Ramada, but the price is reasonable. It's close to the auto market and about a 15-minute drive to the airport. Anyway, it's nice 🍊
The hotel is superb! The location, the amenities. But the breakfast is average, a 7 out of 10. But I won't lower the rating for that.
Staff is friendly. Room is spacious and clean. Also quite near to restaurants and the airport

Unemotional staff, no hello, no goodbye... breakfasts are yesterday's, there is a choice, but the quality suffers
Clean and tidy hotel, decent breakfast, reasonable price.
Room is a little smaller but clean and has very comfy bed mattress. Breakfast is decent. Good location to get around the city.

A comfortable and clean hotel with a strategic location near the airport and metro at an affordable price. Breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. The staff are very kind and helpful. The restaurant food prices are reasonable with a wide selection of menu choices… highly recommended.
The room was clean and spacious, but the shower facilities were poor. Even with the shower curtain closed, water seeped in from the walls and the edge of the bathtub, making the floor very wet.

Superb room - plenty of space, big comfy bed, sofa and chairs, good shower. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have seen with a diverse range of foods to suit every palate. This isn't a bad hotel for an overnight layover between flights. I had a Trip.com privilege (late check-out/early check-in) for free, and I contacted the hotel in advance through Trip.com, but received no reply. Hygiene: Daily cleaning is timely, and the room is very clean!
Environment: The room has everyday appliances such as a refrigerator and washing machine, which is very convenient for business travelers!
Service: The front desk staff speaks fluent English and can communicate any needs promptly and effectively.
Well equipped and clean rooms. Clean sheets and towels. Breakfast is also good. It is worth for its price

— The staff was friendly and helpful—they helped us get extra towels and soap without any hassle.
— Convenient location: close to Tashkentland, not too far from the city center, quiet at night.
The room was spacious, and the front desk service was good. However, there were many shortcomings. The double bed was actually two single beds pushed together, and the bed was too soft.
