Pretty good! It's run by Chinese owners.
Chinese people are very convenient
Staff was friendly and the location was good, but the cleanness of of the bed was not so good
The only problem is that the sound insulation is a bit bad. I can hear people talking and passing by at the door clearly. Other than that, it's ok.
Facilities: Okay Cleanliness: Cleaned only when you ask for it Environment: Okay Service: Unable to communicate

It's located in a quiet, upscale residential area, so it's very peaceful. There's a small shop about a 5-minute walk away where I went to buy drinks. I contacted them via Trip.com chat because I might be late, and they replied immediately. The lobby and interior of the facilities are sophisticated, clean, and modern. It also smells nice. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I also ordered...
I really liked the hotel. Thank you very much for the welcome.
The hotel is located in a relatively quiet area, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city. Its location is convenient, not far from the airport, making commuting very time-efficient. However, there aren't many places within walking distance; you'll generally need to take public transportation for sightseeing or shopping, so using a taxi would be highly recommended. The hotel itself has...
Great place! Everything is new and spotless. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. Their attitude towards guests is truly outstanding. The terrace restaurant on the 6th floor is amazing. Breakfasts are served there, and it operates as a regular restaurant otherwise. The food is superb – everything is delicious, both for breakfast and for dinner. The prices are also very reasonable. Many...
An excellent hotel with a great location. Easy access from both the train station and the airport. The hotel itself is very fresh and stylish. Water, candied fruit, and cookies are freely available in the lobby. The toiletries are well-stocked and convenient. The shower is a special treat and a delight: a gorgeous, huge rain showerhead (my daughter immediately decided we needed one for home). The...
A new, modern hotel with a beautiful interior. We stayed on the second floor, above reception. The WiFi signal was weak, and we had trouble opening and closing the curtains, as they were supposed to do this automatically with a remote control. Similar issues exist throughout the hotel, as they explained, but they're already being repaired. Those are probably the only downsides. Otherwise, the service...

Good boutique hotel with all the basic facilities, little away from centre. Staff was helpful. Room was kept very warm during winters. Breakfast was very basic.
Staffs are very professional. price is reasonable for a spacious and clean room. slightly at the outskirt of tashkent but to get to the downtown of the city (tashkent city park etc,.) costs only about 25000 soms so its not too bad.
We love this hotel, and stay here often. Praga is very flexible with check in and check out times, which is very helpful when navigating the late night and early morning flight arrivals amd departures. Their breakfast is always perfect. Staff are top notch.
Excellent guess service, beautiful and clean rooms, comfortable, extremely loving and caring staff,Kosher food catering with top and knowledgeable Mashgiah and delicious meals. The manager who helped me and guided me with my personal questions.Thank you so much!!!
The hotel is located in a residential area, and the location is relatively remote. There are no places to eat or shop around. The room decoration smell is a bit strong, the hotel sprayed a lot of air fresheners to cover up the smell. The front desk service was very good. There was no tissue paper in the room, so the staff helped me get tissue paper for the restaurant.

Its an apartment-style hotel with spacious rooms, ideal for large families. However, for a couple like us, the layout felt a little awkward, the bathroom and shower are located at the far end of the apartment, separated by several doors along the way. Good thing is breakfast is shared with holiday inn hotel, and it was a good one.
The room was great, with a huge balcony. The only downside was that the balcony didn't have much of a view since it overlooked an enclosed atrium. The front desk staff spoke excellent English, making communication easy, and they were very friendly. Overall, it was a good experience.
A wonderful option for a couple of days' stay! The location is superb: in a beautiful, modern neighborhood with a park and a shopping center. Breakfast in the same building at the Holiday Hotel is very good. There's a wide selection of food and live music. The breakfast music, featuring traditional instruments, is truly unique. We've never experienced anything like it before. If it's warm, you can...
The location, service quality, comfortableness, breakfast... Everything was perfect as we enjoyed the last moment in Uzbekistan at this hotel. Will stay again!
It's very clean, but its only drawback is its entrance inside a building that houses business offices and a club, causing congestion in the elevator both inside and outside.
Bigger than average hotel rooms (thats why they called it Apart Hotel) and amazing breakfast spread. Will definitely repeat.

The surrounding environment is quite nice, the room is also quite large, with hot water and air conditioning. The front desk can communicate in English, and breakfast is provided. The breakfast is a local Muslim restaurant specializing in local cuisine, and the jam is delicious.
The hotel is great, inexpensive, and in a great location.
Normal hotel. Clean. Breakfast is normal and varied
Nice city hotel, breakfast in a local cafe is poor
I've overnight stayed at my stopover in Tashkent. Very nice and cozy hotel in the heart of the city. The staff is warm-hearted and respectable. Clean room, all you need for traveling, and smooth check-in even though my flight arrived late at night.
The environment is very good. Friends who can accept reservations at this price should take the time to contact him. The location is very good. There is a beachside restaurant next to it.

Stayed for 2 days, everything was good, except the TV wasn't working. The breakfasts were average. There's a coffee machine. The pool is clean and always popular. The staff are friendly. Convenient parking. It's about a 15-20 minute drive to the city center. There are parks with entertainment within walking distance, like Magic City.
Delicious breakfast, freshly renovated, toothbrush and toothpaste, good shower accessories
This is a great hotel for a stay in Tashkent, especially when you've had your fill of traveling and want to unwind in a cozy place. It has a small, beautiful, and cozy relaxation area. This hotel is close to the airport and not far from the train. Hence it is good for transit. But be aware if you don’t like rock hard bed mattresses don’t choose this hotel. The breakfast buffet looked impressive but in reality was just okay in terms of food freshness and quality.
Very close to the airport and not far from the city center. Simple but clean, with a very good buffet breakfast. Overall, a great choice if you don’t plan to spend much time in the hotel and are looking for convenient, affordable accommodation.
I really liked the hotel. It's a cozy place. Nicely renovated. Very good breakfasts. Helpful staff. All the sights are reachable by taxi for up to 25,000 soums. I recommend it.
The front desk staff were very welcoming. The prices were reasonable.

Delighted to be back in Tashkent and I was happy to once again stay at this friendly hotel as I did once before in 2023. Spotlessly clean room, comfortable with all mod cons. Nice bathroom. Great hotel, location is close to metro station and 10-15 min walk to Amir Timur park with plenty of restaurants there, buffet breakfast with variety of choices, delicious coffee, WiFi works great and staff are very friendly, front desk has delicious ice cream, cold drinks, drinkable refillable water, massage, SIM cards and much more.
Really clean hotel located walkable distance from metro and temur Square . If there was an elevator, I didn't see it so I climbed yo 4th floor each time. Was quiet in rooms and slept well
As we were part of a GAdventures tour the hotels were all chosen for us. This one was actually rather nice and in the embassy district. Nice rooms, good atmosphere, nice Christmas decorations, really a comfortable place to stay. Only issue is the location, but given the fact that taxis in Tashkent are quite cheap not such a major problem.

Very hospitable staff. Perfect front desk personal. Clean and tidy hotel.

Great location, quiet, and beautiful. That's the biggest plus. The room was decent, everything was clean. The breakfast was pretty good with a magnificent view of the entire city. The toiletries in the bathroom came in inconveniently tiny bottles, and the slippers were the cheapest kind, falling apart on the very first day. What I didn't like was the service during check-in/check-out. The hotel staff...
The room decor is luxurious, comfortable, spacious, and bright. However, the mattress is uncomfortable and uneven, the pillows are hard, and the duvet is even harder. I suggest replacing the duvet and pillows. It would be best if the owner stayed for a night; then they'd know they made the wrong choice with the bedding!
Everything about T-City Presidential Hotel was perfect. The atmosphere, the amenities, and the hospitality were all 10/10. I enjoyed every second of my stay and will definitely be coming back.
We stayed at this hotel and were very pleased. The room was clean and cozy, the staff was polite and always ready to help. The location is convenient, with everything we need nearby. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. Excellent value for money, we'd love to come back!
The hotel occupies floors 24 through 32 of a larger building. I'm not sure about its official rating, but I would estimate it to be around four stars. Overall, the hotel is good, and the rooms are spacious. However, there’s no real lobby or café—just a restaurant on the 24th floor where I had breakfast. The breakfast was good. I needed a place to stay overnight near the airport, pretty close, but it was a very small room with a tiny window. I don't think everyone has those windows. I had an early check-out and asked for breakfast, but they didn't give it to me. There were two bathrooms: one for women and one for men. If you're looking for something cheap, it's fine.
Easy access from the airport. I booked this as a budget-friendly option since I arrived late at Tashkent Airport and only needed a place to sleep for the night. I was assigned a basement room which, unfortunately, lacked air conditioning. As this is a hot region in the summer, future guests should be aware of this. The fan also lacked a safety guard, which felt a bit dangerous. Furthermore, as noted...
The breakfast is good for the price. To get to the hotel by bus, take bus number 45 from the international airport or bus number 55 from Amir Square or Tashkent Station, and the bus stop is about a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. The nearby metro station is currently under construction and is therefore out of service.
Good service, excellent breakfast, good location. Recommended to others.
Rated higher as they were very kind to accommodate us last minute after a booking error on our end. The room was clean, but like past reviews (which I wish I read prior), there was only a community sink on our floor, there's none within the room. Also, the floors are lined with marble/stone throughout, it can get pretty noisy. Voices and other sounds can reverberate nonstop.
Very clean hotel. Very near to the airport. Suitable for people who need to catch an early flight. Friendly staff. Will recommend to others to stay here.
