All services were great. I tried SPA treatments many days with Irina, she is very professional, kind and work from her heart. The quality of her work is very high and she wants to make sure client is happy and very satisfied with the service.
The bed was very comfortable. The layout of the hotel entrance made it difficult to find the entrance after calling a taxi.
This photo isn’t of my bathroom, but a reflection from the mirror! That’s how spotless the cleaning is by Dilnoza from the crew. I walked in to work while they were cleaning and she was super conscientious to not disturb my daughter, even put for her a kids’ TV channel. Breakfast was wholesome, restful linen. Intercon is a newer building but the service here is superb.
Good, solid hotel. Would reccomend to tourists who can just walk in the area to see sights on the doorstep.
Listen to the advice, don't stay here!!
I complained three times in two days. The third time I couldn't bear it anymore and asked to see the general manager. After talking, they only made verbal promises. I guess they were waiting for us to leave and then nothing happened.
Unfortunately, I will continue to complain to the relevant tourism departments in Ukraine. Chinese tourists are not stupid and...
“The hotel’s location is excellent, the breakfast is very rich and varied. The rooms are clean and the staff is extremely attentive and friendly. It’s also a big plus that the windows in the rooms can be opened, allowing you to get some fresh air. I definitely recommend it!”

A little bit outdated property at the great location. Breakfast in 5 out of 5 so is the staff. But the room we stayed in had betters days.
✅ The location is perfect—right in the center of Tashkent, close to the metro, main attractions, and shops. The building itself has a lot of history and charm, and the view from the upper floors is impressive.
❌ However, the hotel is quite old and definitely needs renovation. The furniture, bathrooms, and air conditioning are outdated, and some parts of the hotel feel worn out. Wi-Fi could also be...
Hotel was good value for money and had a great location
Breakfast had limited options and could do with better coffee
Rooms were were a dated and in clear need of a refurbishment. Location is grey near 2 metro lines and many bars / restaurants and sights, for the price paid its good option and would come back for sure.
Very good location, near museum and attractions
It is an iconic landmark of the city. It is a Soviet style building. Price is very reasonable for its location. There is no five star comfort, but the room is comfortable and the breakfast is acceptable. The young staffs speak English. I had a lovely stay here.
This hotel is very centrally located with metro stations nearby although yandex (like uber) taxi is very cheap and convenient. Right outside the entrance is the big tourist bus which ride is 2 hours in the city. The hotel is quite aged and tired. I particularly don't like the brick mask surrounding the facade which blocks my views otherwise it would be wonderful views facing a park. The "mask" or frame...

Stayed for 3 night in a suite with wife and 2 smaller kids. Hotel is new (2023) and has great amenities. Service great. Breakfast great. 17th floor terrace great. Housekeeping could be better, there was no turn down service in the evening 2 out of 3 nights. Club lounge could also use some improvements. All in all a great hotel with a great location. Staff very polite and happy to help with everything...
Although the staff strives to excel, the hotel still struggles to deliver a truly 5 star experience. The outdoor terrace looks like it's been abandoned and other smaller aspects related to guest comfort are still lacking: toiletries bolted to the wall in the bathroom (giving more of a motel vibe than a luxury hotel), bathroom makeup mirror not adjustable for guests shorter than 6 foot being 2 notable...
The staff are very hospitable and the service is excellent . They go out of their way to satisfy clients and help if you are in need of something . Special shout out to marjona of the breakfast buffet restaurant , she even offered us a coffee to take away and even offered a welcome drink while
the one who checked us in offered some advice in touring the city and the bellboy who even offered us a juice...
Luxurious hotel in the centre of Tashkent, nearly everything was perfect during my stay there. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the following.
1. The Ember restaurant on the 17th floor played extremely loud dance music, meaning that me and my colleagues had to scream at each other over the table to be heard. Surely, some quieter, more appropriate background music would be better to...
Perfect stay in the heart of Tashkent. The hotel is convenient located. The gym is fantastic.
I had a wonderful experience at InterContinental Tashkent. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making every moment of my stay smooth and enjoyable. The facilities are top-notch — modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and convenience.

Tashkent, Amir Temur Street 15 (8 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is on the street, very close to the square, 29 minutes by taxi to the airport, the breakfast is quite rich. The eldest sister is very enthusiastic, traditional Russian breakfast, the room hygiene is average.
Very good, good location, good facilities, nice rooms, slightly larger rooms, the breakfast that matches the room rate needs to be improved and needs to pay attention to Chinese tourists! ! The front desk English can communicate with each other!
[A first-class stay in the heart of the capital]
This urban hotel is well located near Amir Timur Square, the heart of Tashkent. The entrance is spacious and open, and the corridors leading to the rooms on each floor have a somewhat formal interior. I think it is a relatively high-end hotel, but I was able to stay there for a very reasonable price.
The rooms are spacious, and I think it is a hotel...
The hotel is in a great location in the center of Tashkent. Timur Square is not far away. There are several high-end hotels around. The room is large, luxurious and clean. The service staff is warm and thoughtful.
The hotel room is nice, the furniture is solid wood, but the pillow is a bit high. Then the room network is not good. The breakfast looks rich, but there are not many delicious ones. The hotel is quite unique, decorated with various artworks.
Internet is pathetic (non existent). Tried to order beer/wine it was out of stock for all 3 days i stayed.
The only positive is the location.Otherwise try to avoid.

good hotel. clean. good location.
Pros of the hotel:
- located in Tashkent city, a new district. Nearby there is a park with a fountain show, a large shopping center, metro within walking distance;
- pleasant staff at the reception, checked in early;
- improved room of normal size, there are two comfortable beds with good, though too rustling bed linen, a coffee table, a small sofa, a safe, an ironing board, a clothes dryer, air conditioning...
Was ok for price it is high nothing special, the park water fountain and water show is too much noise. At end she ask us for extra money tourist tax lol .
Many restaurants and City Park nearby. Very Convenient.

very accomodating staff… very clean and safe rooms. they made my stay worry free! thanks Beksod and the receptiona team and Afsal and the rest of the staff
The hotel is old and there are smelly carpets everywhere (in the rooms & floors). We needed to change the room because the window could not be closed anymore. In the second room there was no soap. There are a lot of better options around in Tashkent. Dont choose this one.
I recently stayed at the Wyndham Tashkent and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay.

Convenient location in Tashkent. Bus and metro nearby, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets not far either.
A small room, but perfectly fine for a solo traveler.
The location is within walking distance to the Temur Square and the Museum. The breakfast is presumptuous and the restaurant which opens 24 hours provides excellent food. Last but not least the front desk staff are very helpful
Very good hotel and nice ambiance!
-The corridor on the 7th floor was not properly cleaned (there was some garbage on the way). -The room was quite small. -I recommend adding less salt and fat. -Some staff member was polite but not friendly.

The area was behind Hotel Uzbekistan, and it was less than a 10-minute walk to Amir Timur Square.
This time I was given a double room, but I wanted a twin, so they changed it immediately when I asked. There was hot water to soak in the bathtub, but the bath plug didn't fit, so the water kept running even when I closed it. It's an old hotel, but the rooms are clean. The fruit at breakfast was delicious...
The location is great, and the service staff is great!
The facilities need to be improved, specifically, they need to be renovated again.
For short-term business trips or travel, this is a good choice.
We were choosing between this hotel and the Uzbekistan hotel which is nearby!
Friends were staying in Uzbekistan!
One of the downsides in comparing these two hotels is that they charged a tourist tax, so the accommodation was more expensive!
Breakfasts are more modest, again in comparison with the neighboring hotel, but the main thing is there, except... Coffee 😬
Only for a fee! There is some in...
I think they need to provide proper service training for their employees.
- I requested a taxi service, but they charged me 10 times more than the normal price.
- The vehicle I used was bigger and better than a regular taxi, but 10 times more was too much.
- They presented the fare and did not give me change.
Normal hotel, but heating (air conditioning), and outside it was (-5) at night it was not very comfortable...
A great old luxury hotel.
Although it was not renovated in the past two years, the standard is still online.

Spacious and super comfortable room! There was a big bed, sofa, two bathrooms, and even a bathtub—perfect for relaxing. Large windows let in lots of light, and everything was clean and well-kept. Also, it’s within walking distance to the nearest metro station, which was really convenient. Great stay overall!
The hotel's location isn't the best as there is not much you can walk to. But the hotel itself is modern, clean, and the staff was friendly. The rooms were large and comfortable. The biggest issue we had was the lack of air conditioning on hot June days. The first night my thermostat never went below 39. I spoke to the front desk the next morning, and they told me that they were aware of the issue...
I would definitely rate this hotel as a 5-star establishment. The rooms are large, clean, and beautifully designed. In the bathroom, you can control the heating, which is a nice touch. The receptionists are very helpful as well.

Great place to live. The hotel is new. It's clean. The rooms are huge and clean. But for some reason I don't get as to why the bathrooms is so small as compared to the room. The front desk receptionist are all good and very helpful. They even guided us with places. They all knew English. The room service is also good. Housekeeping done great job by keeping clean and tidy each day. Breakfast is OK....
Great hotel, 5+, clean, large wide corridors, huge studio room, friendly staff. At the reception we asked to extend the room for 2 hours, because the flight was at 5 pm, they extended it for us free of charge and without problems! Very tasty breakfasts, especially samsa 🤗 a large selection of food, both for adults and children. Definitely recommend!
Nice large rooms with comfortable beds. The only issue is a very high bathtub to get into with no safety bars. Staff are very polite and helpful. Location is by a busy street but walking distance from some key sites and restaurants- ask staff where to cross the roads before you venture out, there are elevated or underground passages.
Spacious, really spacious room ... had all amenities. All was crystal clean! The stuff was very welcoming, carrying and warm. Thank you for that!!!

Four-star old hotel, excellent location, next to the Ferris wheel, friendly service staff, take the initiative to help you carry the box. Facilities are a bit poor, the room is a bit small, the price is a bit expensive, other satisfactory, but the breakfast is not rich enough.
Good location and price, good enough for business traveller. Wifi sometime is off but fast
Good Location and Clean Rooms. Property is old though.
The hotel facilities were outside and it is in need of some renovation to bring it in line with all the other 4 star hotels. The breakfast selection wasn't that great either. The staff however were very friendly and in particular Mr Rustom who was very friendly and helpful - top notch and a great personality and deserves a promotion. Most of my clients and friends were satisfied with this place. I also like this place. But almost the only downside is that the door is not soundproof at all. Location is excellent as it is right in the city, next to the train station and metro station, and is convenient to go anywhere around town. Rooms are a bit old and design-wise not the most user friendly. Some of the hotel staff are also quite curt (and I don't think it's the language barrier). I guess unless you're Chinese, you probably won't be too fond of this hotel as it feels like you're in Shenzhen...
Location is excellent close to train and metro station
Breakfast is Chinese style in good taste
Bedroom is spacious and okay hygiene
I drove back to Tashkent from Bukhara and Samarkand and booked the Silk Hotel again. The airport drop-off time was very good, and I felt the warmth of home! Hotels opened by Chinese are trustworthy!
Location is excellent, only 10 mi utes' drove from airport and 5 minutes' walk from Tashkent train station, Tashkent metro is also a few hundred metres away only, breakfast spread is good, the only hiccup is that the wall partition and doors are not sound proof enough, can see people in the next room if they talk loudly.
Clean and sanitary, the bed is not that soft, so I won't have back pain, and the breakfast is Chinese style, which is very suitable for Chinese people. There is also a Chinese plug strip, which is very nice, so you don't have to worry about forgetting to bring the conversion plug. It is recommended that the weekend breakfast can be delayed by half an hour, instead of the same time as Monday to Friday
The hotel staff can speak English and Chinese, so there is no big problem in communication. The hotel breakfast is good, helpful staff and they will send help right away if you need anything.

Nice small hotel now called Wellness hotel & spa. Good freshly furnished rooms with different room sizes available.
Pretty good restaurant in the first floor, but unfortunately, breakfast is mediocre at best.
Super fast services like laundry and dry-cleaning.

Great location close to the airport and walking distance to good restaurants. Friendly and polite staff.
The room was spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. The shower room was unpleasant because dirt or something kept running down the wall when I turned the shower on. There are several famous restaurants within walking distance, so I think the location is good.
Beautiful propriety close to the airport. Beauty building and the rooms are good too. Clean. It has a great breakfast with local musicians playing Uzbek music. The staff is very helpful though we arrived at 2 am. Highly recommend for the property and helpful staff
