All services were great. I tried SPA treatments many days with Irina, she is very professional, kind and work from her heart. The quality of her work is very high and she wants to make sure client is happy and very satisfied with the service.

The bed was very comfortable. The layout of the hotel entrance made it difficult to find the entrance after calling a taxi.

This photo isn’t of my bathroom, but a reflection from the mirror! That’s how spotless the cleaning is by Dilnoza from the crew. I walked in to work while they were cleaning and she was super conscientious to not disturb my daughter, even put for her a kids’ TV channel. Breakfast was wholesome, restful linen. Intercon is a newer building but the service here is superb.

Good, solid hotel. Would reccomend to tourists who can just walk in the area to see sights on the doorstep.

The hotel is old and there are smelly carpets everywhere (in the rooms & floors). We needed to change the room because the window could not be closed anymore. In the second room there was no soap. There are a lot of better options around in Tashkent. Dont choose this one.

The hotel facilities were outside and it is in need of some renovation to bring it in line with all the other 4 star hotels. The breakfast selection wasn't that great either. I borrowed an ironing machine and asked me to put it outside the door after use. I put it outside the door after use. As a result, they came to ring the doorbell frantically at 6 o'clock the next day to ask me for the ironing machine! I explained that they put it outside the door the day before according to their request, but the front desk continued to call me to ask for it!

The hotel facilities and breakfast are very good, and the location is not too remote

All was great, although some of the services as e.g. outside pool wasn't available (no water in it) although at check-in they welcomed me to take a swim in a morning :) Room was comfortable and had it all what's needed for a night stay!

Location is excellent as it is right in the city, next to the train station and metro station, and is convenient to go anywhere around town. Rooms are a bit old and design-wise not the most user friendly. Some of the hotel staff are also quite curt (and I don't think it's the language barrier). I guess unless you're Chinese, you probably won't be too fond of this hotel as it feels like you're in Shenzhen...

I drove back to Tashkent from Bukhara and Samarkand and booked the Silk Hotel again. The airport drop-off time was very good, and I felt the warmth of home! Hotels opened by Chinese are trustworthy!

Location is excellent, only 10 mi utes' drove from airport and 5 minutes' walk from Tashkent train station, Tashkent metro is also a few hundred metres away only, breakfast spread is good, the only hiccup is that the wall partition and doors are not sound proof enough, can see people in the next room if they talk loudly.

Clean and sanitary, the bed is not that soft, so I won't have back pain, and the breakfast is Chinese style, which is very suitable for Chinese people. There is also a Chinese plug strip, which is very nice, so you don't have to worry about forgetting to bring the conversion plug. It is recommended that the weekend breakfast can be delayed by half an hour, instead of the same time as Monday to Friday

The hotel staff can speak English and Chinese, so there is no big problem in communication. The hotel breakfast is good, helpful staff and they will send help right away if you need anything.

Stayed at this hotel in April 2025. Overall, I liked everything. But there is almost nothing to eat for breakfast. I didn't immediately understand that you can call the cook and they will make you an omelette or fried eggs.

Nice small hotel now called Wellness hotel & spa. Good freshly furnished rooms with different room sizes available. Pretty good restaurant in the first floor, but unfortunately, breakfast is mediocre at best. Super fast services like laundry and dry-cleaning. One bad thing is location.
