Hanoi Dalvostro Valentino Hotel & Spa in Hanoi

Excellent! 😎 Had a wonderful stay at Dalvostro. Great location - right in the heart of Old Quarter. The lobby always smelled divine. We received a complimentary room upgrade - it was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were absolutely incredible. We were warmly greeted every time we entered or left the hotel. Special shout out to em Phuong and Oanh ❤️ Had an entourage that helped us with our luggage when we left. Will definitely return to Dalvostro for the warm hospitality and comfortable stay!

Fantastic hotel. We loved it. Service was first-class and location was extraordinary. The hotel is older, yes. For what we paid, the value was 10/10: Clean and comfortable and we slept well.

Our hotel staff, especially Jimmy (Tuan) our coordinator and Sophie (Phuong), were the difference maker. We felt so taken care of and never had any doubt we were top of mind and our enjoyment were top of mind to the hotel.

We were so happy to stay here .,The rooms were great , we stayed here twice. The breakfast is generous and super complete. Best of all is the wonderful staff all of the guys and gals in the front were amazing. So helpful recommending excellent restaurants and where to get all our needs met. Sophie is such a sweet person as are all the rest. I wish other hotel left me with such great memories.

The location is perfect. The hotel was clean and modern as for the local conditions. The service was just 10/10. We were also offered with free of charge early checking (9am) and an additional breakfast at this day. For the last day of our stay we got a takeaway boxes as we had to go very early.

Last but not least, after few days we had to come back to Hanoi for the evening before a night flight to DaNang. The hotel offered us the luggage storage and a shower free of charge so we could easily visit the city one last time.

From the start Jimmy and his team were amazing. We booked via booking.com and we instantly had warm welcoming messages. We arranged pick up from the airport with them which cut out the worry of getting to the hotel and rules out being scammed.
The hotel feels luxurious when you walk in.
Our room was a standard double. Came with complimentary water and coffee. There are other items you can buy in the mini bar at a reasonable price.
The beds were very comfortable, the air-conditioning good and a lovely hot shower.
Everything was clean and tidy.
The hotel has a spa on site, although we did not use this as we had already had a massage a couple of days earlier.
It also has a cool little bar downstairs, again very luxurious feel about it, with big Chesterfield sofas.
We also had our laundry done at a great price all within the day, absolutely essential if you're doing a lot of travelling or you just don't want to have to do it when you get home.
On our departure the staff helped us catch our bus to our next location by calling the driver. The road we were on is quite narrow. Harry helped carry our bags to a different pick up point not far from the hotel and waited with us to make sure we got on the correct one.
The location of this hotel is fantastic, very close to a big lake which is lovely to walk around.
All in all, a great hotel with wonderful staff.

I loved my stay at Dal Vostro and my biggest regret is that I didn't stay longer! The staff was so incredibly friendly and caring. The airport pickup service that they provided was great. I really appreciated that there was someone who would take me from point A to point B exactly, it really helped me to feel safe. The hotel itself was just beautiful as well. Great value for the money (especially from an American's perspective!)

· The only downside might be that outside transportation can't pick you up right outside the hotel, but that also makes it nicer to walk around the area right by the hotel.

Nice hotel in the center of Hanoi very close to old town and Ho Guom lake

Very nice hotel at a relatively quiet location near Hoàn Kiem Lake. Stayed here for four nights and service is very good. Staff are friendly, they will help you the best way they can and their spa is great. Breakfast buffet is good too.
