I saw this hotel on Xiaohongshu. I heard the environment and scenery here are excellent. However, the only downside might be that it was a bit challenging to negotiate with the hotel online, possibly because it's a beautiful hotel in Vietnam, and they weren't very flexible with changing dates.

Absolutely fantastic. Great territory with very old French colonial buildings. We got guided tour around. Rooms are well and neat designed, comfortable and clean. Spa and pool are fantastic. We stayed for one night but want to come back for longer stay

I was satisfied with everything, but I left my glasses at the pool and it was raining heavily so I asked them to check, but they kept saying they would look for them and that they weren't there. When I went to look for them in the morning, they were still there on the sunbed where I had left them. I don't think they looked for them.

Lovely mountain retreat with excellent food and lovely service… real wow factor. Staff clearly well trained. Breakfast was excellent… 5 star level and grounds were a tropical paradise

Only minor negative is bathroom drain was a little smelly and when rooms are full can not much sound insulation

Otherwise a real wow experience
