We booked two suites both with windows. One with proper balcony. We like them. The hotel is 5-10min to many attractions. Though it was quite rainy during our stay and pollution was quite severe so balcony not much use. Wifi connection was stable and I worked effectively for two days in the room. Breakfast on the top floor has adequate options and offers good views of the city. The staff especially the two young men at the entrance are always friendly and helpful.

This is a great location in the Old Quarter. The hotel staff is friendly and greeted us with tea and candy. The location is very convenient to get to shops and restaurants. The room was clean and had a great view of the streets below.

A clean and luxurious hotel in the heart of the old quarter. So close to so many great shops and restaurants. We received a free upgrade to a room with a balcony where I was able to watch the bustling streets while I sipped my free coffee. What a great experience.

It is located in the Old Quarter, making it ideal for visiting local restaurants, cafes, and famous tourist attractions. Usually hotels in such good locations are expensive, but the advantage is that you can stay at a reasonable price. Hanoi itself is not a tourist destination that many Koreans go to, so it was difficult to find accommodation after reading Korean reviews, but I think I made the right choice. The staff were all friendly and always greeted me first, and the receptionist Chan Vu was especially helpful. The twin bed room I chose was perfect for two people and had no real drawbacks as a hotel. Next time I come to Hanoi, I want to stay here again!

We recently stayed at L’Heritage Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The standout feature was the impeccable service, particularly from Finn, who ensured our stay was seamless. From organizing tours to providing a map with local attractions during check-in and answering our messages while he was off from work, he went above and beyond. The room was clean, beds comfortable, and the bathroom had complete amenities. Complimentary daily water bottles were a thoughtful touch. While the breakfast was decent, I'd suggest adding more vegan options. A noteworthy gesture was a complimentary airport ride due to unforeseen circumstances with our booked room. Overall, L’Heritage Hotel's service and amenities left a positive impression, making our stay in Hanoi memorable.

Nice hotel Good location Staff were friendly and helpful but not overbaring The rooms were small but adequately sized for the furniture. Hot water ran out before it could fill the bath But no matter, has a good time never the less. Cheers
