The hotel is located in the new district, a bit far from the old city, about a 20-minute taxi ride. The room was spacious and very clean, with excellent facilities. The front desk service was great, always willing to help. Highly recommended!

The room's overall cleanliness was good, and the facilities were quite complete. However, the location was a bit out of the way compared to the city center.

The room was clean and well-equipped. The gym was very convenient with plenty of equipment. Breakfast had a great variety, and the front desk service was excellent. The soundproofing was good, so it was quiet, making for a comfortable stay.

The room was quite spacious and comfortable. The only downside was that the hotel was undergoing renovations during my stay, which made it a bit noisy. I hope it's much quieter after the renovation is complete.

The room next to ours has been under renovation day and night, with loud drilling noises constantly. I’ve never experienced a hotel like this in my life. Truly disappointed.

I absolutely have to give this hotel a five-star review! From the moment we walked in, we felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere, like we were coming home.
1. **Service**: The front desk staff (both male and female) had incredibly sweet smiles, checked us in very quickly, and even proactively offered us honey lemon water.
2. **Cleanliness**: The room was incredibly clean and tidy. The bedding was dry and had no strange odors, and there were no water stains in the bathroom, making for a very comfortable stay.
3. **Facilities**: The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—and the pillows were very comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the water temperature was stable. The breakfast selection was also very rich.
Overall, this stay far exceeded our expectations. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Hanoi!

This hotel is keeping the high standards of Wyndham hotel prestige.
Seamless check-in experience. Even though our room is not ready, the staff send us up to the lounge for our lunch. After which she bring our room key card and check-in form to us at the lounge.
Room is all clean and spacious. Amenities are of good quality.
To my surprise, many of the staff speaks English. All of them are very friendly and greets you with smile.

There are many Chinese restaurants nearby, so dining is convenient. Great value for money.
