There is a banh xeo restaurant right in front of the surrounding area.
I have a hot shower. There were tissues, towels, shampoo, etc. Beds and towels were clean. Good access to tourist spots.

Room cleaning was poor. There are dry cockroaches on the edge of the shower room (there is a photo, please zoom in if you are curious), and water stains were also conspicuous.
There is a person at the front desk, but it is easy to enter inside. I'm worried about security. It would be better to lock the door for the time being.
I could hear dogs barking loudly at night. Some people may not be able to sleep.
