We travelled as a family of four and stayed in a two bedroom suite in the Super Candle Hotel. The staff were all really friendly and were English speaking and always on hand when we needed anything. An issues we had were resolved really quite fast and someone was always sent up immediately to check and offer support.
The rooms were very large and moderately clean and the pool and sauna was always very quiet so we practically got the whole place to ourselves.
The breakfast buffet was quite nice with a lot of different options for everyone.
Thank you to the staff and hotel for a memorable stay.

Good location adn adequate services and facilities. The classical exterior gave me bad impression at first but the room is quite morden. Breakfast is good with generous variety

This is a great hotel located in the heart of Hanoi, surrounded by excellent restaurants, coffee shops, night markets, and many tourist attractions. The location is very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were very clean, and the amenities were excellent. The sauna, swimming pool, breakfast buffet, restaurant, hotel lobby, and overall facilities were all impressive and well-maintained. I would definitely come back and book my accommodation at this hotel again.

We had a two-day stay at their serviced apartment. We were impressed by the wide range of their international dishes served for breakfast buffet. Also, there were a lot of amenities to choose from- swimming pool, gym, spa, sauna, steambath & mini mart. Their supervisor, Ms. La can speak multiple languages too– Japanese, Mandarin, and Korean. The bed was so comfortable- linens were clean. The location is accessible and near the city centre. It's surrounded with a lot of shops. Keeping the Japanese standard of service. Worth recommending!

The hotel upgraded us to a suite, which was incredibly spacious with two bedrooms and a living room. Breakfast was also fantastic and very filling. However, the location is on a very narrow street, and the surrounding area has quite chaotic traffic and crowds.

Though we booked family room, we were pleasantly surprise when the hotel gave us a free upgrade to Presidential Suite. Thank you very much.

Booked the 3 bed apartment room. Was very clean and spacious, room service was good, view was good as well. Located very near to the West Lake (about 1.5km), which is ideal to view the sunrise. However it is a little far from the Old Quarter (20min drive). Near to 2 malls - Lotte Department Store and Vincom Centre which is convenient. Felt that the hotel breakfast was a little disappointing as there weren't much options and the food was not the best. Really enjoyed the amenities (sauna and jacuzzi pool). Would recommend.

Great Hotel. Definitely recommended. Our room was accurate to the pictures. My only disappointment, was the water not getting the right amount of heat, to enjoy a bath. Instead, I had to resort to showering
