We had a pleasant stay at Silk Path Hanoi Hotel. The location is good, situated within the Old Quarter, with convenience stores and eateries located along the same or adjacent street, making it very convenient to pick up essentials or snacks.
The room and lobby were clean and well-maintained, and the daily housekeeping service was acceptable and consistent through the stay.
One highlight was the excellent luggage service. The staff promptly assisted with our luggage as soon as we arrived at the hotel lobby, and even helped bring our bags up to our room, which made the check-in experience very smooth.
In terms of facilities, they were somewhat limited during our stay. The fitness centre was closed for renovation until the end of March, and there was only one restaurant on the ground floor where the breakfast buffet was served.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay with good service and convenient location!

Great stay at the Silk Path Hotel. A big thank you to the thoughtfulness by the Silk Path team, from reservation to reception etc. In particular, Ms. Lien, Thinh & Thach and ALL the other team members whose names we cannot remember but truly appreciated their help & assistance for the entire duration of our stay at the hotel. Keep up the good work! Will highly recommend this hotel for visitors to Hanoi.

Really happy with the hotel:
The location is perfect, the staff is very helpful especially the doormen which helps with luggage.

Only one thing is that the room is advertised as 25 sqm, while in reality it is smaller.

Silk Path Hotel is located within the Old Quarter zone and is convenient to walk around the West Lake. It will be great if the room lighting can be brighter.
