The location was super convenient for sightseeing, close to both the market and the old town. I used the spa and the aromatherapy massage was incredibly relaxing. However, it was a bit disappointing that the towels for wiping weren't kept in a warmer. I could hear the sound of them being washed on the spot, and they weren't wrung out very well.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is very convenient for us to explore the old town. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is superb! Will want to stay here again if I go to Hanoi again.

A nice boutique we stayed at for 3 nights in Nov 2024. Staff were extremely friendly and service was great. The manager addressed us by name which was a pretty nice touch.
For the price paid, the rooms were good value. The only downside in my opinion was the shower. It takes about 3-5 minutes for the hot water to start and from my experience the water was hotter in the evening/night and not very hot in the morning.
Other than that, location was excellent, in the heart of a busy area but from my room I couldn't hear the traffic which was great. Front desk was helpful with food recommendations around the area. Will definitely consider staying here again next time I'm back in Hanoi.

This is a return stay (for 1 night) when we returned from Sapa and before we depart Hanoi.
The staff actually remembers us and again, they offered us early check in when the room was ready (forgot to mention that in my earlier review).
Daniel, Nancy and the entire service team are a bunch of nice people. Top notch! Stay with them to find out how good they are yourself !

Very helpful hotel staff, they helped us with sorting out issues for our trips to Ninh Bin and Haalong Baai. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was okay (I would say a standard hotel breakfast, nothing amazing).

This hotel seems a class higher for providing luggage rack and a full-length mirror and sofa. Two pillows per person. No Netflix to watch though. Breakfast is buffet style and each person can order 2 additional items from menu. Staff are warm and would take initiative to ask about our day. Water came in glass containers that staff refill daily (I would prefer bottled mineral water).

The staff were polite and do go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. What is lacking though is going the 2nd mile - we asked for filtered water after we finished ours but got the response that it is given only once a day. So if we need more water we need to buy mineral water. So service is to a certain extent only … don’t really go beyond their protocol.
After all what is giving in to the guests requests for drinking water ?
