I had a hard time finding this hotel; it was tucked away in a back alley, and no locals could point me in the right direction. It's in the center of the old town, but the location itself is a downside. It's part of an old building that they're trying to maintain. The room had everything, but it was a bit shabby. It was okay for one night. The air conditioner was aimed directly at the bed, so I slept with the window open, which overlooked the courtyard, where some Vietnamese were doing something all night. The breakfast was quite tasty. My impressions were mixed, but I'd look for a different hotel the next time.

The facilities inside are the same as those of a long-established 7 Days Inn; it's not really worth the price.

The location is quite good. It's within walking distance of major tourist attractions, and there are plenty of restaurants and shopping spots in the surrounding area. Although it's located in a back alley, it has good transportation access and is easily accessible to tourist spots.
The rooms and shower rooms are clean and are cleaned daily. There's a refrigerator and Wi-Fi too.
You won't have any trouble finding places to shop.

Good location of the hotel, almost next to the cathedral. Standard room, small window present. Furniture and plumbing are not very new, but everything works. You can hear the morning rooster, which wakes up at 5 am.

Excellent location in the Old Quarter, near the Lake of the Returned Sword, many restaurants, shops.
The room is clean, there is a small refrigerator, clean linen and towels.
Normal breakfast.
The hotel staff will help with transfer from the airport and booking excursions.
The only minus of the standard room was a terribly uncomfortable hard mattress. But in a room of another category during a previous stay the mattress was quite comfortable.

The indoor facilities are relatively dilapidated, the cleanliness needs to be improved, but the space is also sufficient, downstairs is a food workshop, very responsive, such as awake people, will feel noisy. Breakfast is buffet style, limited food variety, also offers Vietnamese specialty soup noodles or porridge, but not every day, this price is good value for money 👍🏻 every day can clean up the room for you, just he is in the alley, if just checked in , the driver can only put down in the alleys on both sides, you need to find yourself inside, the location of the hotel is more hidden, but it is also easy to find. At check out, the hotel staff can move your luggage to meet the pick-up driver outside, the staff is polite and friendly.

The hotel has an excellent location very near to major attractions. The staff were very helpful. The room was very large and spacious. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Because the receptionist claimed the booking system broke down, thus cannot find my booking and didn’t stay here on the first night. In front of me, another couple faced similar problem & get a refund. I’m just too tired after delayed and arrived around midnight, thus just took their offered to stay in another cheaper hotel nearby.
