The room is very good but they don’t have amenities to enjoy while staying in the hotel. Overall rate in this hotel is 5 but i suggest you must have hotel personnel who can speak english so communication will not be a challenge.

Friendly and very Helpful Stuff, Stuff at reception is good nit everyone speaks english, but when i checked in there was a beautiful girl who speaks very good english and very professional, she even brought fruits for apoligizing late checking in but cleanning is not very good, and overall hotel is old and not like in photos, and breakfast needs bit improvement especially i didnt like that woman who cooked was coughing and not wearing mask.
AC doesnt work proper especially for heating. But stuff got the solution and brought heater!
Water pressure in shower and bathroom needs repairing.

so 10 for stuff
3 for hotel

I booked a room for 3 people. Room was good and large. And the staffs (Hoa and Hang) were super friendly and helpful.

Wonderful Stay – Thank You!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, and a big thank you to Pham Thi Hoa for her exceptional service! Her kindness and attention to detail made my experience truly special. The hotel’s hospitality is outstanding, and I highly recommend it. Great job, team!

Very convenient location, nice breakfast, friendly staff , comfortable bed. Also quiet during the night. The rooms are a bit small and the equipment is worn and old, but everything is clean and it was good enough for us. Would come back again next time.

A great hotel with friendly staff. The room was clean and it had convenient storage space. The bathroom was spacious and daily housekeeping always had the place spotless.

The location is good and the breakfast is fine. The staff are nice and helpful but the facilities are not well maintained. The water tap is loosened.
