Jacosmo Hotel & Spa in Hanoi

Super nice Hotel. The Room i had was clean and super comfy. Definitely enjoyed this stay after a very long roadtrip. The staff is super friendly. And it is good to know that they offer an airport service. U pay a fixed price which was not to expensive. Breakfast was good as well. Definitely recommended!!

Very good place! We walked in and asked for a room and we we're given a balcony room for a cheaper price because they didnt have anything else. Good place! Friendly staff!

Nice central location in the old quarter of Hanoi.

The rooms in the outside part of the hotel can be very noisy from the street shops around the hotel.

An excellent place to stay. The amenities are pleasant and comfortable. Close to cafes,restaurants, shops and markets. The standout is the staff. They are simply excellent.Extremely helpful and knowledgeable I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great mid range hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff, always ready to attend to any question and make u feel comfortable. The room we stayed were designed with old-fashioned furnitures and dim light but very spacious and complete with basic amenities. The location is just a walking distance to the famous Hoan Kiem Lake, St. Joseph Cathedral, night market and surrounded by shops selling foods, clothes and other things for souvenirs. Overall staying were perfect.

Great place. Nice room, central location, friendly and helpful staff and very organised. Staff gave us recommendations on where to visit in town and called organised that our tour collected us from the hostel in the morning.

We stayed in the double room with the balcony. Room was small but we spent more time in the streets. Room was nice and clean with a balcony which is a great way of being outside while being off the street.

Super friendly staff, ready to do everything possible for you to enjoy your stay at its best. Greatly located, prices are good considering the overall experience. Would definitely stay again
