Budget hotel but the breakfast time was really awful (melted cheese, dry fried rice without freshness, stint etc)

Around 10 PM, a group of guests arrived and started yelling, and the soundproofing wasn't even good.
Furthermore, the staff didn't tell the loud customers to be quiet because it was late.

I was struggling with a bug in my juice while eating breakfast. It's better to eat out. The menu is limited and doesn't suit Korean tastes. Con 3

I turned on the water in the bathtub, and it leaked out. This flooded the bathroom (the faucet was broken, so water leaked through the gap).

I was given a room with a small window and poor ventilation, but the exhaust fan and air conditioner were so loud that it disturbed my sleep.

The hair dryer was unusable.

They told me to use only one elevator, but the one I was told to use didn't come down. The other elevator came down, but the button for my floor didn't work. So I had to take the stairs.

As for the soundproofing, I could hear what sounded like cleaning from early in the morning. I woke up to it.

The location was terrible. Nothing to complain about.

The bed hurt my back.

They didn't clean the dust properly. It's dusty and the interior is shabby (the mop holder is loose and dangling, the gap between the door and the frame is wide, and the lock is broken. Above all, the structure feels like a goshiwon). It's definitely not a 4-star hotel.

Only two body towels are provided. There are no towels for washing your face or wiping your hands.

There's no smoking area for smokers. If you smoke in front of the hotel, motorcycles line both sides of the entrance, forcing you to smoke in the hotel's driveway, which is a bit inconvenient. This hotel is inconsiderate to both smokers and non-smokers.

The room is a bit old but in return the reception service is super enthusiastic, super good, the location is near Vincom Ba Trieu very convenient, there are many delicious restaurants nearby

A high class standard hotel with loving and friendly receptionists! Room was very classy and comfortable. I wish to be able to visit or stay here longer next time hehe. Definitely a 10/10 worth of experience. Biggest shoutout to Dave for making our trip much more memorable :)

The breakfast was not so good Room are a little bit small but very clean and comfy Staff Minh Hang was very nice and friendly to us If u guy need any help ab the restaurant, shopping location or anything, ask the receptionist , they are very enthusiasm

the room is very nice. At first I didn't know how to use the shower so I got the water wet all over the floor. Staff Minh Hang helped me clean up even though it was quite late at that time. The TV had a little problem and they still couldn't fix it for me, but it was not an issue

It's the best hotel I've ever stayed in, and I've traveled all over the world, have stayed in crummy hotels to the very best hotels. I say it is the best because of the management and its staff members, They are extremely accommodating even under wrongful accusations which I'd rather not delve into, but I will because it truly is a testament to the superior character of the management team. To make it short, I accused them of something they did not do(of course I was sure that they were at fault at the time), however there wasn't even a moment of defiance from the management or the staffs, without reservation investigated the matter and at the end reimbursed me for the lost item. A day later once I returned home it was discovered that I was the jackass for accusing them of something they had no part of, thus I returned the money plus extra. A part from the incident in my two visits to Hanoi which equates to about 30 days I have stayed there, and the service from the smiles to the amenities are second to none. The building could use a little renovation, but really it is nothing when you think of the quality of the people who works there.
