Not at all good place, rooms have mould n smell. There is no lifts to 6th floor n service is pathetic. There are other places, try those. Place is nothing like it is advertised in the website. Added a picture of the view from the room. They serve same things for breakfast and there is no variety. Staff are not friendly.

After arriving in Hanoi on a late flight, I was so relieved that the hotel offered airport pickup. The driver was waiting for me with a sign, helped with my luggage, and drove safely through the city. It was so convenient and made me feel welcomed from the very beginning of my trip.

The front is small, but you will find a different world inside. However, the room I booked has a large window in the picture, but I was actually given a room with a very small window, which was very dark and cramped. There is no elevator in the hotel, but the guy at the front desk will help with the luggage. The soundproofing is average.
