My husband and I had a very unpleasant experience here. There was a tiny cockroach on the bed. The space was uncomfortable. We stayed for several days, and I couldn't sleep at all at night. There was also a lot of noise from people damaging the walls and furniture next door. We stayed from December 19th to December 22nd and had a terrible experience. I don't know what it's like now, but the service was good. The staff were okay, in my opinion.

The location is great, with convenient access to restaurants, shops, and entertainment nearby. The restaurants on the second floor are also quite good.

very helpful staff ready to help. the gym was 24h but its limited but really nice to have one. breakfast was good starting at 6am which was good so you have time before you start your early day tours

I don't recommend staying here because the room smells too bad and is ugly. It's not worth the price. Don't be fooled by its appearance. I felt like giving up as soon as I entered the room. I wanted to turn around and leave. It's better to stay in a youth hostel. The room costs 300 yuan, the air conditioning is not cooling well, and it smells bad. You have to stand on the bathtub to take a shower. I don't have any bad intentions, I just speak the truth.

The staff are all very friendly. The hotel is very clean. I don't know if it's South Asia, Middle East or Central Asia, but I get the impression that there are a lot of people from that area on tours, and when they run into each other at breakfast, it's disorganized and noisy, which is the worst. Still, the staff are friendly and helpful. I had a good impression of the hotel. There is a famous pho restaurant across the street that is only open until noon. It's far from the old town, but you can walk or take Grab. All the rooms have windows, so I think it's better than the windowless ones in the old town. There seems to be a bathtub in most cases.

It was quite a pleasant surprise. The view from the top floor of this hotel is very good, and the gym is also quite good facing the West Lake. However, the breakfast was a bit lackluster, with very few varieties.

The bed sheet had a small stain, the receptionist checked in quickly, the procedure went smoothly and quickly. The hotel is beautiful on the outside but small, old on the inside, a bit expensive compared to the quality.
