I was introduced to this hotel by a friend. This is a small hotel. My family booked a Family room with 3 large, spacious beds, comfortable & spacious, enthusiastic staff, close to the center & convenient for travel. From the hotel it takes 5 minutes to the supermarket, and 10 minutes walk to the night market,

Good location for visiting the main attractions of the city; the area is not very busy at night, so you can rest well (at least on the upper floors). Our room was quite large (a double bed and a single), quite clean, unfortunately without a window. There is a kettle and hairdryer. The shower is closed (which is not so usual in Vietnam) and works discreetly.

Bat Su street seems to be like Hoi An style, quiet rooms, friendly staff, no breakfast, but no problem, there are lots of snacks, super delicious cafes, convenience stores around, will come back!

I originally booked just for one night but they arranged trips to Sa Pa and Ha Long Bay for me, so I could travel and return to the hotel for a night where needed. Everything worked out great, the staff is incredibly kind and supportive. The rooms are nice and very clean, with very comfortable beds and bathrooms with complementary products included. It is located in the old town with restaurants, cafés and shopping opportunities all around. I would return here any time if I come back to Hanoi. Great place!

Bed condition is 30%broken, and restroom is little dirty but manager is very kind.
