Excellent service. Cozy and huge room. Love it.

My stay in Hanoi this time was absolutely delightful, exceeding all my expectations. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around, and there are plenty of shops and amenities nearby. It's surprisingly quiet despite being in a bustling area, so I got some excellent rest. The room was spotless, the bedding was comfy, and the bathroom facilities were great with plenty of hot water. The soundproofing was good too, making for a very peaceful and comfortable stay. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive; check-in was fast and efficient, and they were always friendly and quick to help with any requests – truly thoughtful and professional. Housekeeping was meticulous, keeping the environment clean and cozy, and the attention to detail was impressive. It offers fantastic value for money, perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I'd definitely recommend this hotel and will choose to stay here again on my next trip to Hanoi.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Clean rooms and good service except some waiters at the terrace restaurant.

A great place for your two-week quarantine, especially if you book a room-apartment. It's spacious, clean, has good food, fast internet, good (and quiet) air conditioning, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Feel great, the rooms are large and clean, and the staff is very attentive. The food is also delicious, perfect for Taiwanese tastes.

The breakfast had a great variety and was absolutely delicious. The room was clean, and having a bathtub made it very comfortable. It's a bit outside the tourist center, but for my business trip, the location was actually quite convenient for me. Plus, there was a convenience store right across the street, which was a bonus.
