The hotel is a little outside the historic center, but it was spotless, and the breakfast was varied and plentiful.
The staff was very friendly; thanks to John for his help.
The room and facilities were very clean, which was appreciated.
Highly recommended! It's close to many places, and you can walk to the center in 15 minutes. For longer distances, we used Grab, which has incredible prices in Vietnam.

Reception was friendly - the place is pretty run down. Breakfast was okay - location was great though. Air conditioning was weak if any at all

I don't know how this hotel got so many good reviews. First of all, the hotel facilities are relatively old. Secondly, this hotel may have many local tour groups because it is cheap. These local Vietnamese tour groups are very noisy. They make loud noises in the corridor at 5:30 and don't think about others at all. Finally, the hotel is located in a slightly remote area. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the downtown area where there are many tourists. In short, this hotel is suitable for tour groups or people who pursue the ultimate cost-effectiveness, because this hotel is relatively cost-effective compared to the price, but if you have a little requirement for accommodation, don't consider it.
