Ngoc Chau Hotel in Phu Quoc Island

We stayed at the hotel in December 2025. We liked it, even though it's not new, but overall, everything was fine. The room was cleaned periodically. The staff was friendly. The location is good, near the night market and bus stops that go both north and south of the island. Breakfasts were good. The beach is a short walk away.

We had a trip to Phu Quoc Island, and Ngoc Chau Hotel was a great choice. It's centrally located with convenient access to dining options.

The hotel is good, we were there in 2019 and came again. It has become a bit dilapidated during the Covid times, but it is not critical. The staff is helpful, friendly, if there were questions or minor problems, everything was solved. Good breakfasts, we always ate our fill) there was always soup, very tasty, sometimes a second course (but maybe they had already eaten everything, since we arrived late, closer to 9, and breakfasts are just until 9 am). You could ask to fry an egg. Coffee, tea, juice, water. Two types of fruit. Also bacon, sausages. Greens, vegetables. I will attach a photo.
The rooms are like in the picture, basically clean, we did not find fault, of course there are stains and all that, but it is clear that everything is washed. Every day cleaning, even the floors were washed. Towels were changed every time.
Towels for the sea at the reception, take as many as you want, no one counts.
Convenient location in the center, a lot of things around, cafes, shops. Free bus stop, night market within walking distance. The local market is also nearby, you need to cross the bridge and everything is sold there much cheaper, the same huge mango was bought for 17-18 thousand.
The audibility in the rooms is good, but it is probably like that everywhere, I don’t know. We took a room with a sea view, it’s beautiful, quiet and calm, at night you can watch the fishermen swim out for night fishing, the entire horizon is illuminated by green spotlights. In 2019, there was a bar and a club downstairs, the music and karaoke sometimes interfered. Now they are closed and it has become calm😅

I advise everyone, the hotel is very good for its money.

Good view to the sea, beach is in 5-10 mins, old building with hot water heating from the sun. Wasn't bad, but would not recommend it either.

Good location. Nice view to the ocean. Breakfast with top quality and varied food. Staff are friendly, helpful, kind. Room are clean.
