It's very close to the beach, you can walk or take a tram, which costs 12 RMB (self-paid).
The best value for money that day was seeing fireworks from the balcony. Although there were some obstructions, it was still pretty good overall!
People come here to relax and swim, and they have no way to dry their wet clothes.

The hotel's swimming pool is lovely, and you can catch the Phu Quoc Grand World fireworks from the pool area at 9:55 PM on Saturday nights. It's only about a four-minute walk to the clock tower near Phu Quoc Grand World.
The breakfast buffet didn't have a huge variety, but there was enough to eat, and it was quite crowded. My child particularly enjoyed the plain Vietnamese pho and the guava juice.
The main downside was the incredibly slow check-in process; it took about ten minutes to check in each room.
