We had a wonderful stay in a villa that offered a beautiful waterfront view. Having free bikes available was a bonus for exploring. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring we felt welcome throughout our visit. The location is perfect—quiet enough for relaxation, yet just a short walk from Old Town, the night market, and various local restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend!

I really can not recommend this hotel enough. From the moment you arrive to moment left they made you feel like royalty. Travelled with an elderly family member and she felt safe and special each day. From the conceirge, guest services, front office to the GM I can't rate highly enough. The only choice if you ever visit Hoi An!!

Good location, 5 min walk from the ancient city with lots of good restaurants around. We live in family villa on the second floor, the only setback is there is no elevator so we need to carry the luggage down when checking out. It was alright. I'd recommend booking a sea-view room though, ours had absolutely no view (picture 3). The hotel itself was decent, good for just chilling out. However, on the last day, I saw a cockroach near the bathtub, and some newly hatched ones too. I guess that's common in tropical areas, especially with fruit around.

When I book my room few months ago, I have a special request for the hotel not to offer me a room in the end of the hallway, but too bad, when I arrived and check in, they give me a room in the end of the hallway,  I was so FCUKING MAD, at the end they offered me another room with better location. Me and my wife absolutely loved our honeymoon stay at the Mövenpick Villa and resorts in Phu Quoc, got a lovely sea view room on a higher floor thanks to my Accor gold. Enjoyed the food a lot, buffet’s were exquisite. Special mention to a relaxing couple spa experience provided by Ms Oanh and Ms. Nhi. Would definitely recommend experiencing the property when in Phu Quoc, Vietnam.

This hotel truly lives up to its reputation as the most beautiful! There are tons of activities right by the beach, like kayaking, beach volleyball, and archery. A bit disappointed I didn't see any monkeys, but there were plenty of squirrels around. Eating at the hotel is extremely overpriced, and very few staff members speak Chinese.

This resort is nestled deep within Monkey Mountain, operating on a tipping system and charging strictly per person. I highly recommend staying for at least 2 nights to fully enjoy the luxurious hotel facilities and beach yoga activities.

This hotel has a lot of character! It's located in a lively, bustling area, right across from Jingang Supermarket. The hotel itself isn't huge, but the service is excellent. The hotel is right in the bustling downtown area, next to the popular K-Mart supermarket. All the shops nearby are owned by Korean proprietors, so if you speak Korean, you won't even need English for dining or massages around here. The hotel breakfast was delicious, and the welcome drink was excellent. They even gave us cookies and pepper as a parting gift when we checked out.

Our room type had two 1.6-meter beds, and we slept really well – perfect for a family of three. The hotel's location is unbeatable, just a 30-second walk to My Khe Beach. Everything else was pretty good too.

The service was warm and friendly, and the location is great. The massage parlor behind the hotel was also very good. It's right next to My Khe Beach; you just have to go downstairs and cross the road to get there. The breakfast was also good, with fresh squeezed juice available.

I’m super picky and I live at hotels, so I have a strong baseline. The Oriental Jade Hotel is remarkably comfortable, calm and easy to enjoy. I’ve already scheduled my return. Downsides are weak breakfast and you can hear everything through the doors. Upsides are location outside the packed old city and comfy quiet rooms.

Very good clean hotel with a very good breakfast in the good location

Good hotel, convenient location, only a 3-minute walk to the sea. The breakfasts were good, and the place was clean. On the downside: there weren't enough beach towels for everyone, and the elevators were under huge pressure. I stayed on the 25th floor, and during peak hours, it could take me about 10 minutes to get downstairs. Overall, I recommend it; I think it offers excellent value for money
