It is a fine hotel for business travelers.

The room was very clean and comfortable. I stayed for several days and was very satisfied.

I was surprised that the room was so big and had a living room. I regretted using it alone. It was clean and comfortable, so I was satisfied.

In Ninh Binh Province, Vietnam, the city is too small and the supporting services are few, so it is difficult for foreigners who do not speak Vietnamese to travel.

Location of the hotel is excellent. Just at one of the entrance to Hoi An unesco old town. Good service by their staff.

The hotel staff were so friendly, and the design is incredibly cute with Hoi An yellow everywhere! My favorite part was the bathroom design. I'd love to stay here again if I ever come back to Hoi An.

I was able to relax in a quiet environment. Although it's a small resort hotel, I was able to enjoy a sophisticated time surrounded by nature. For breakfast, you can freely choose the fruit in front of you to make your own fresh juice. It was delicious.

The location is wrong, the facade doesn't match the description, and communication with the front desk staff is extremely difficult. Asking people nearby doesn't lead anywhere. The balcony door can't be locked, and it's practically connected to the adjacent balcony. The washing machine is shared by the rooftop staff. The room cleanliness is acceptable.

The biggest plus is that it's clean and smells nice. It's quiet and private (because there's no reception or anyone watching). The price is reasonable. The downsides: The water wasn't hot enough for a shower in the evening. Also, if you rent a car or check out and want to store your luggage, it has to be left outside, which doesn't feel very secure, though the security seems to be okay.
