Good, a hotel that's been around for a while.

Traveling for business to Vietnam for 22 years, staying ONLY at a luxury hotel, tried now for the first time SOFITAL and I must say this is top of the best !! Very special service, fancy upscale hotel, great lounge floor , great roof top , nice clean and just like any luxury hotel in VN !

A very good hotel in the heart of the city. The staff are great and very helpful. The breakfast is one of the best. The pool is on the 18th floor and has a view of the entire city. I highly recommend it.

Great hotel for family with small kids. Really enjoyed and relaxed staying this hotel. Big bath in the room, nearby water park, roof top pool, ocean view, etc. A bit far from city center approx 20 mins. Restaurants inside the hotel need more improvements as taste was just okay level.

It is a resort so a little out of the way from Da Nang central area. However it is a perfect family getaway with restaurants and entertainment area right at your door. Services are amazing, all staffs have been nothing but friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious!

A really great hotel! They offer a free shuttle service to the airport, which is only a 9-15 minute taxi ride away. The best quality of this resort was the amazing view of the big pool to the ocean. The food was delicious but not as amazing as the Sheraton 3 bedrooms apartment resort we stayed few days prior. The fitness centre was a little small but still contained. Price was reasonable. We would rate it as 4 stars hotel. Definitely not a 5 stars as they claimed.

The hotel facilities are quite new, and the environment is pleasant, just what I imagined.

Great stay with excellent service. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the room was comfortable with a nice view, and the location is super convenient near the airport and town. Vietnamese breakfast was delicious, and special thanks to Koll from the Guest Experience team for the great care throughout my stay.

The facilities and services were pretty good, but it was too noisy facing the street. On the first night of our stay, Vietnam's U23 team won third place against Korea, and wow, the noise from downstairs felt like it was exploding right next to my head repeatedly. I barely slept all night. Next time, I'll definitely choose a resort for a quieter stay.

The room window opens up to the sea, offering beautiful surroundings. The room is clean, and the front desk staff can speak Chinese.

The room and service were both great. I stayed for two nights, and on the last day, the breakfast area floor was a bit dirty. I bought a pomelo and peeled it perfectly.

Great place to stay, large clean rooms, heat swimming pools, breakfast is better than average.  Great location, beside the ocean, great m, views.  The staff are truly amazing, very helpful and go beyond to help people.

Service was great, location was great, and the hotel was very clean, very good gym. If I had one compliant, it would be they need more elevators. Wait times can be a little long during peak time. But it did not ruin my experience.

Great place to just enjoy the beach and hotel facilities! We were lucky to be there (end Nov) when there was hardly anyone else around so we literally had the whole place to ourselves. The only downside is the daily buffet serves pretty much the same food so after a few meals it gets boring. To get out of the island, you will need to take a ferry but luckily some food options are available on the mainland...

Located on its own island truly gives it a full resort feel. It's a short boat ride across and the boat itself comes on a schedule and is always on time. Service I received was excellent, from handling your baggage, to room service, the staff are very attentive. The Italian restaurant was my family's favorite, every dish was expertly prepared and pizzas are made with an actual pizza oven.

Location: On an island, which was completely pointless and inconvenient. Service: Terrible. 1. Couldn't open the room door. 2. A staff member came, didn't say a single word. 3. The next morning, someone swiped their card and entered the room. They offered a free drink and a 30-minute late check-out, which showed absolutely no sincerity.

Nice place on an island. You are staying in a castle. the portion of food for room service is large in size & 2 person can share it… ferry service though and from the island is half hourly per trip and it runs 24 hours…

A very good stay, with a very convenient location in HCM City.

The hotel is pretty good, and the location is convenient. The breakfast, in particular, is quite extensive, with both a Chinese and Western restaurant available. The breakfast itself is very unique, and there's a sauna located right next to the gym, making it easy to work out. However, the pool is a bit small, only about 10 meters.

The front desk staff were professional and efficient. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was decent. The free shuttle bus was convenient for visiting tourist attractions. Overall, it offered good value for money.

After staying at the Windsor Hotel before, I was impressed by the great service and convenient location. So, I booked another night before heading back home. The hotel's location is great, not far from the attractions. The Central Post Office, Independence Palace, and Pham Ngu Lao Street are all within walking distance. The front desk staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The room is clean and tidy.

the design of the shower area without glass wall at bathroom is really bad. All the floor will become wet and become slippery, specially for kid.

Only allow to have 4 bottles of water per day. I was having a fever and need more water during the stay. Nearby there’s no convenient store at all. It is a very peaceful quiet area. There’s free Yoga sessions. Love the breakfast. Lots of choices, smoothies etc was good.

We had a 6 night stay at Naman retreat. Our 3 bedroom villa was very spacious and comfortable. It was well located within the resort. Beautiful hotel and in an idyllic spot on a pristine beach. Room was really nice. Breakfast was excellent, huge offering of really good quality food and drink. Resort restaurants are okay. Mexican restaurant has a weird vibe, didn’t visit. Vietnamese restaurant food is okay. Western food restaurant is not good - way too expensive, overly-rich menu choices, small portion sizes. The room was pretty good. I stayed on the 7th floor, next to the terrace, which offered a panoramic sea view. The scenery was beautiful. The hotel breakfast was excellent. After breakfast, I went straight to the beach to enjoy the sea breeze, which was very refreshing.

The room had a lovely vintage feel, and the public areas were also very beautiful. The hotel staff were incredibly polite and friendly. They even went the extra mile to help mail back clothes I accidentally left behind, and their online communication was very prompt. Definitely recommend staying here!

The air conditioner was quite noisy, even on the lowest setting, and it blew directly onto the bed, so I had to turn it off at night. The beach isn't well-equipped yet – there's nowhere to wash off the sand.

Its proximity to the airport is close, though it does take 10-15 mins by taxi because of the way the roads are designed. And make sure you arrange transport ahead of them when leaving the hotel, as it’s not easy to get a taxi/grab from the hotel. The breakfast was up to par, room was big, no complaints.

This resort is nice if you want to stay out of the city and be near the airport (15min). That being said, your food choices anre only limited to the hotel because the area around the airport is super secluded. All the rooms in this hotel are in villas and have a small private pool for use. Access to lobby and restaurant is via walk/buggy ride.

Our visit at Riviera was underwhelming. First our room was on the main building but due to the party noise from the bar which goes on until 11pm, we requested another room as our kids couldn't sleep due to the noise. Staff was helpful and agreed to our request, this we appreciate a lot. However new room had it's problem: shower drain was weak and even with a quick shower. The room lock had some issues...

The worst thing I would like to mention is the food quality. nearly more than half of the buffet food was below standard. I remembered while I had the breakfast buffet, the cereal, it is suppose to be chunkcy and it wasn't.

The hotel has a children's football field, a rich breakfast, and a beautiful, photogenic environment. There's a free shuttle bus at the entrance to Sunset Town. The hotel also has a quiet private beach. You can walk along the beach to the neighboring area where there are many lively restaurants and bars.

The hotel is beautiful and the beach has incredibly fine sand. The beachfront is really special with dozens of meters of shallow water, and it's not crowded at all. Kids can swim safely, and adults can even go boating. The hotel's greenery is also stunning. The only downside is that the beds are too soft; I woke up with a backache.

I heard that hotels in Phu Quoc are attractions in themselves even before I arrived, and the JW Marriott definitely proved that to be true. Great stay at the Pullman in Vung Tao. Was only there for one night, but the food and accommodations and service were wonderful. very convenient location by the beautiful beach area. Revisited Novotel in December 2022. The crew is as friendly as ever, the room is well-kept and comfortable, and the pool is conveniently located on the first floor, just off the lobby. Everything about my stay was satisfying.
