We had a great stay here. Staying in a room without windows wasn't bad at all--it seems to be a good way to stay cool and avoid mosquitos, etc. If you're planning to use Grab to get to the beach, it's a good idea to choose this hotel or area since cars aren't allowed into the historical center (about a seven-minute walk away). The kind people at this hotel also arranged an airport pick-up for us (great after a longer-than-usual immigration procedure due to the ***** new year) and also a very reasonably priced short visit to Am Phu Cave, My Khe & Da Nang Beach, and the Dragon Bridge on our way back to Da Nang airport. Also, most of the rooftop pool is surprising deep! :-)

We had a no-window room on the first floor for 3 nights. It was the most beautiful room we've stayed in. The lighting and the wood details in the room were so beautiful! Everything was very clean, the water in the shower was hot and had good pressure. The separate shower was a big plus. Everything worked well in the room.
All the member of staff were so lovely, we had such a great stay here. Would love to come here again!

Negatives:
Stairs! There is no elevator- had to carry suitcase downstairs upon checkout.
No pool towels. You must use bath towel- for showering and pool!
No hand towel or face washer.
Breakfast was disappointing. Omelette and pancake saving grace. Also- wanted passionfruit and when I lifted the cover-millions of flies flew out. Please put items on ice and protect from insects.

A cosy little hotel, strategically located in the Old Town. Near to many places of interest yet not noisy. It is beautifully decorated with many shelves of books. Reception staff was friendly and helpful. He gave us tips on places to visit and we get a discount on these places too. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. But do keep your insect repellent handy.

I am confused, for the first time I don't know how to rate the hotel. The location is wonderful, it is in the old city. The furniture is good, stylish. But everything is so old, I thought it was an old hotel, but it was 2015. The owner needs to improve the cleaning service, the furniture needs to be cleaned, the cabinet doors and the balcony blinds need to be adjusted. I stayed for 1 night and did not unpack my things. I did not want to.
The staff tries, of course. Very friendly.
The buffet is very modest, while I was eating, a cockroach was sitting next to me, I had to watch where it would crawl))) in the end I put a chair on it
In my opinion, the price for this hotel is still too high

Balcony was quite nice. I had terrible violent food poisoning while I was in Hoi An so can’t comment on the breakfast as I didn’t eat it. Shower was only hot for like 5 minutes. Location is good and room was clean and comfortable.
