Hotel Miki in Durres

worse customer service! I have rang them multiple times to amend my my booking and no one answers. Don’t patronise them they are the worse

I travel in a group of 45 people in a big bus. We traveled for 12 hours today. Our booking is for two nights at hotel Mimi Durres. We arrived in the darkness at around 9 pm. It was impossible to find a way to the hotel by the bus, because the streets are very narrow. Our tourist guide phoned the hotel when we were almost there. Instead of telling us that the hotel is not reachable by bus they gave us wrong directions. After another hour finally we arrived there walking with the heavy luggage. It was a noisy wedding at the hotel. We hardly could heard the receptionist. We have been sent to the restaurant first to have supper which was arranged in advanced. The supper was cold, no drinks (but according to the arrangement we supposed to have a glass of wine for everybody). We have been told that after the 6th glass the wine finished. Nothing else was offered to us. They did not have even ice and water. The rooms were not enough for the group. Some of us have been sent to another hotel. This is the most disgusting place that I have ever visit.
