Vila Belvedere in Durres

If you want best of both worlds, this is the place. 2 minutes walk to the beach, without the rowdiness of beach front hotels. Still has a private beach access. One of the few to have its own swimming pool in the Durrës beach area. Service is amazing as the staff are eager to help and most can speak multiple languages. Big family trip and had so much fun. Felt welcome all our stay.
The food? My goodness. The best experience. The Host, Vasil, went out of his way all the time to make sure we had a great experience. He takes his time to explain the different dishes and makes recommendations. The ladies at the reception were so helpful and smiled through out the stress.
Summer 2024 was a blast.

Very nice hotel at the coastline in Durrës. The room was very nice with balcony and a big bathroom. Their is a cozy pool area. The staff is super helpfull. The beach is just across the road and the sun-chairs is free when you’re staying at the hotel.

We had the most amazing time at Vila Belvedere, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Albania. Our room was on the 3rd floor, with plenty of space, a top-notch bathroom, and a very nice balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the Adriatic Sea.
The food was superb, both the open-buffet breakfast in the mornings, and the dinners by the pool. We had the seafood salad with octopus, squid, and calamari, and it's worth coming back for sure!
The staff members were all very kind and friendly. Our receptionist Vanesa was exceptionally helpful in all our inquiries regarding our stay and sightseeing.
Vila Belvedere is the perfect option to indulge in the Adriatic Sea and the Mediterranean sun, without having to pay a fortune.

Location is good. Not in the centre of Durres, but has plenty of possibilities. Swimming pool is good and private. Cleaned daily! Staff is very friendy. Joel makes very good cocktails. Ask him for the specials and be surprised. Breakfast is complete and good. Rooms are nice, well cleaned and tidy. Mind the power outages, they are normal. Mostly during the night, so you might not even notice them. Absolutely happy to stay here.

The food here was simply outstanding. Every meal, from the breakfast buffet to dinner, was a delightful experience. The variety and quality of dishes were impressive, featuring fresh ingredients and expertly crafted flavors. Whether dining in the restaurant or ordering room service, the attention to detail was evident in every bite. If you're looking for a place with top-notch cuisine, this spot won't disappoint. Highly recommended for food lovers!

Great place to spend your holiday!
The area outside is an oasis with a pool, wonderful plants also covered a comfortable pergola where you can enjoy really tasteful food. Food is so good that we ate here every day during the two times we spent our holiday here.
Rooms are all with air-condition.
Also the breakfast-buffet offers a wide range with fruits, cakes, bread, cornflakes, different kind of eggs, coffee, juice and much more.

What's also a big point for the hotel is the top service! The staff is really friendly so that you can feel yourself familiar here. If you had issues they always helped directly and friendly. Special thanks to the ladies from the reception and to my personal highlight Vasil from the service team. It was a pleasure to meet you again this year!

Beautiful hotel, very clean, both the swimming pool and the rooms, I was very satisfied with the staff too, I really recommend it to everyone and don't believe those reviews which are false. I would happily go back.

Fine hotel with a big room and swimming pool
Big room, nice bathroom, balcony with large table to enjoy evening sun. A lot of noise on the balcony from the highway, but only on the balcony.
Staff is super friendly and helpful.
The swimming pool is great, but be aware tourists are tourists.. they leave their towels without being at the pool.
Cleanliness is low; breadcrumbs and dead bugs on the tables, old chips on the carpet in the room.
Parking is fine, but small/low cars get scratched as there is a massive gap between the road and the entrance, so the front bumper will scratch the ground.
The breakfast is not super but you get fed.
