Soleo Hotel in Tirana

Very bad hospitality. Very dirty environment. The room has no towels, blankets, or toilet paper. In the closet there are single-use slippers, but they have been used many times since they turned black from white. The owner of the hotel is a vile, arrogant and evil man. He used abusive words against us. He does not deserve to have such a business. I do not suggest anyone to come here. He keeps some parking spaces free for some customers, while telling others to find them for a fee because I have none. If he does not offer parking as a service, he should not offer it to anyone, but not by choice. Never go to Soleo Hotel Tirana

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The management, run by two elderly individuals, showed very arrogant and offensive behavior. Instead of treating us with respect and hospitality, they treated us poorly, leaving a very negative impression. This is by no means the level of service one would expect from a hotel

Loud noise , no possible to rest,
sa, not clean, bad slow internet , not safe parking and last and the most important , the owner super rude and disrespectful !!! A place to avoid even if you are in worst case scenario , i feel like stolen .Would never suggest.Dont ruin your day or nightrest by going to that place . Wish i could rate less if it was possible !!!

By far the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. From the very beginning, the lack of professionalism and respect for the customer was evident. The owner was indifferent and argumentative, without a trace of hospitality, while the staff seemed visibly annoyed every time we asked for the slightest thing. Their behavior was not only unprofessional, but also aggressive at times.

The room was in a terrible state: dirty sheets, stains on the walls and floors, humidity and a musty smell. The bathroom was unacceptable, with broken sanitary ware and obvious signs of abandonment. Not to mention cleanliness or basic amenities that the accommodation is supposed to offer.

Furthermore, there was no intention to fix anything. When we pointed out the problems, the response was irony and rudeness, with no intention of helping or apologizing. We felt unwelcome and offended.

If you respect yourself and your money, stay away from this place. There are dozens of other options with decent service and cleanliness. This “hotel” should not be in business.

For people which has car is not safety place For people with cars, this is not a safe place. I parked my car in this hotel’s parking lot in the evening, and it was scratched by one of the employees who forcibly moved the trash bin. And they didn’t take responsibility.

Bad service Bad Stuff, They think in Albania there is only their Hotel.
I didn't complete one day there.
The owner and the stuff horribly horrible.
It's my mistake I didn't read the reviews before I check in this hotel.

Canceled my reservation so I had to look for an other hotel before Christmas! That’s not professional so watch out if you have an reservation!
