I felt very welcome throughout my stay. The reception staff were always friendly and communication was really good, which made me feel comfortable from the start. The restaurant staff were very kind and caring, and the food was amazing. Everyone greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome, and I really enjoyed my stay overall.
The only small downside was with housekeeping, as the empty water bottles in the room were removed but not replaced with new ones, even after I mentioned it. Apart from that, everyone else was amazing and I had a lovely experience.

For the price i paid to stay 9 nights, horrible..
There was not hot water, my wife anticipated to leave to take home a hot shower. The hotels response was that the temperature is regulated there for our and others safety.
Breakfast nothing special or too traditional.
Pool and sauna where ok.
And other thing we didn't like was the room service. They took our bath robes or some towels to clean them and didn't replace them, we needed to ask every time.. and sometimes like 1 or 2 days passed noone brought us new.. for 9 nights i think i can speak.. for the price and QoS i would skip, and try something different

Firstly, the customer service from reception staff to the restaurant staff is shocking. There was only one exceptional member of staff from reception and one from the restaurant who provided outstanding customer service, while the rest have a no-care attitude, which is appalling.

The rooms are decent and quite nice. The food from the restaurant is delicious, except for one night when I had a burger that tasted awful. The waiters from the restaurant really don’t care, they are stood there doing nothing when a number of times I’ve tried to get their attention. You can be waiting a long time just to get your food or drink. Frankly, it’s the worst customer service I have ever come across from a so call five star hotel restaurant. Clearly it’s not five star, because you have to deliver five star customer service. The only person at the restaurant who went above and beyond for me was the shift manager and he had previously worked at the Hilton Hotel.

The spa is poor and not worth paying. I was frankly appalled by the level of service from the therapist and the quality of the massage was awful.

The pool area is nice, and the hotel has a really good gym.

I stayed for two nights and regret it. I wish I had stayed at the Hilton hotel for longer instead of this three-star hotel.

The only decent thing I can say about this hotel is that it’s next to the airport which is convenient.

The “spa” area was just 3 pools, one for swimming, one with bubbles but only every 30 minutes and one shallow pool for kids. The area was noisy from screaming kids, and not very relaxing. There was a huge nice playground nearby and it would have been better to put a shallow pool there for the kids to play and keep a separate spa area for adults. The staff was a bit stiff, and not very relaxed and friendly. Probably due to bad management. The restaurant was supposed to have good meat but the cured Angus beef we had was too chewy and did not have tendons removed. Also it was a bit overcooked and not medium. The waiters were plenty but did not observe if the wine was empty, if the guest were finished and wanted to pay, nor checked if they wanted more to drink or some desert or coffee after the dinner. In general a poor experience. Unfortunately this is often the case with fancy hotel restaurants. They need to pay more to find great chefs and also time to train the staff on how to give good service. These things do not happen by itself. The location close to the airport is great if you have an early flight or arrive late.

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the pool is great, and the entire place is spotlessly clean. The design is modern and fresh, making it a very pleasant place to stay.

It’s a perfect choice if you’re flying out or starting your trip in Tirana, especially if you arrive late — convenient, comfortable, and welcoming.

A special mention to the hotel director, a truly gracious and professional lady, who helped us resolve a situation with great understanding and elegance. We felt completely supported during our stay.

Five stars for the hotel, five stars for the service. Thank you very much for making our visit such a positive experience.

Great hotel. The rooms are very neat and clean, the staff is very friendly and ready at all times. everything is really top notch and I would recommend this hotel to everyone, which is close to the airport, has a large parking lot and children's playground. The food is excellent and the service is fast and at the level! Top rating from me!

A fabulous hotel close to the Tirana airport! Sadly we didn't have much time here, but we did have a fantastic meal at the restaurant!! Thank you to Kujtim for the suggestions and wonderful service! They also have pools, hot tubs, sauna and a gym. This is a must stay when in the area!

The only good thing about here was the lady's at the reception they just so amazing. The staff at the food area is useless. Twice we attended on the same afternoon about 3pm and again 8pm and each time it took 20 minutes to get 2 beer's and it was quite. We asked 3 time's for service and the answer was I'll get someone. We never use this hotel again.

This is a great spot to be close to the airport. Appreciated the shuttle bus. The restaurant was pretty good.

My only negative was the breakfast buffet. We were first at the door upon opening as we had an early flight to catch. A good variety but everything was ICE COLD. It’s almost like they had just taken it out of the fridge. I couldn’t believe it. Even the coffee in the thermos was lukewarm. Very disappointing breakfast for a 5 ⭐️ hotel.
