They warmly welcome you as you arrive. The place is Very clean and cozy. Room Service is excellent. Daily hotel breakfast is excellent too. I advice you to bring a portable bidet though. 😅

I would definitely not recommend this hotel. Unprofessional and unkind persons in charge for communication in behalf of the hotel.
They even don’t know how to make and send Invoice.🤦🏼‍♀️
Every question you asked the answer is no, for example if you ask from them to send confirmation letter for the reservation - the answer is no - “we don’t practice to send confirmation “ is the answer like you are asking for something extraordinary.
If you book 7 dbl room (14 persons) and ask for leader of the group to be free of charge- answer is no.
Price in July (high season) is cheaper than January (low season), if you ask how can it be- answer is like “take it or leave it”. Fiscal receipt also no, they don’t give it. If you ask to talk with Manager they don’t allow, don’t want to share any contact person in charge. Guests also complained about unkind stuff, poor service, small rooms and low hygiene of the hotel.

Really quiet at night. Views really not nice from the room, but hard to control construction area. Room too hot and not possible to adjust. Warm water in shower weirdly fluctuating. Breakfast area right across toilets and air flow kept doors open if not closed by everyone. Breakfast was ok thus I felt as if monitored due door again was open to kitchen and personnel watching. Breakfast area also noisy due air flow solution. Not possible to avoid stairs nor use wheelchair due that. Room was good in size.

It was ok but there was hair in my bed and they didn’t give the correct bed layout that was paid for and got a smaller room

Very good location and nice and friendly staff. The room was lovely and the bed was comfortable. It was a little bit noisy at times but it was fine. There were free toiletries in the bathroom and the shower looked good but unfortunately the water came out everywhere when having a shower as there is no shower wall which left the floor being all wet. The breakfast was nice, they changed it up a bit day by day but I did enjoy the stay there.

Hotel Senator is the best option to stay n Tirana. Excellent location, service, good food and especially the front desk. We are staying here for the second time and will come again. We will miss the faboulous breakfast in Hotel Senator!!!!!!

Im writing this review because they were kind enough to let some vacationers (From France) stay for one hour in their parking lot. It was a very kind thing to do for them. I was only there to help them find a place. And I only asked and they didn't hesitate to help. Thank you for your kindness and generosity:)

Good hotel
Good breakfast, specious clean room, clean but weird bath though. Good internet, close to the main square (7-8 minutes walking). First time I saw hotel to promote Islam (see picture).

Location: Located near Skanderbeg Square, it is also very close to the airport bus stop, which is very convenient. There is a bus to the domestic bus station (South and North Bus Station) next to Skanderbeg Square, which is very convenient. You pay 40 lek to get on the bus.

Service: The person who checked in was an old man who was very friendly.

Facilities: Pretty good for Albania.

Hygiene: no merit or demerit.

I can write comment only about the restaurant. I have never encountered such wonderful service in a restaurant in my life not than here. The older waitress was so kind that. words cannot describe it. A warm welcome, suggestions and lots of smiles.
I am sure we will enter restaurant if we here again.

The place is utterly disappoiting. I went there for work trip, and I expected some form of comfort, only to find myself in a room with a broken AC. It was either you freeze (because the AC would be cranked to the max - you can't lower it) or you turn it off and endure the room heating up very quickly.
The room was clean, the towels were clean but the problem with the AC made it really difficult to be able to sleep at all, having to wake up to turn off/on the AC every few hours during the night...
Location is good, quite central but nothing special.
Breakfast was decent, nothing special, not a huge range of options though.

The family owned feel is prevalent from every single staff member. It’s a pretty busy smaller hotel but they seem to have a large number of returning guests, which says a lot. Breakfast is complete and tasty and the restaurant always serves delicious food. The location is very safe and convenient.

The receptionist is very nice, location is good if you are looking to walk around the center of Tirana.
The hotel's maintenance is quite low, we took the family room on the upper floor.
The tub was leaking making the floor wet, and the water system in the sink would not go down while the tap was running, looks like the water system is very old and needs some fixing.
Other than that the room was very basic maybe a bit overpriced (90€ a night)
Breakfast was basic as well but sufficient.
