Reviews
We had a nice room, comfortable bed. Free breakfast. Helpful staff. Parking around back slightly confusing, but was no problem. Great stay!
One detail that stood out was the pre-arrival contact. The hotel reached out to request cash payment before my arrival, which I declined. To their credit, there was no further issue, though the same request was repeated again at check-in, which felt somewhat inelegant. On the positive side, the front desk staff spoke good English, which made the check-in process smooth.
However, certain services revealed limitations. I requested an iron and ironing board, only to be informed none were available; the suggested alternative was to use their laundry service. Communicating with the laundry staff proved difficult, as their level of English was much lower, creating an unnecessary hurdle. Later, when I asked for additional hangers, what was provided were of poor quality and mismatched, which diminished the otherwise careful presentation of the room.
On the brighter side, the breakfast buffet was a highlight: varied, plentiful, and of good quality. It set a positive tone for the mornings.
Except this this is a nice hotel
I would strongly recommend this hotel - so close to everything and sparklingly clean. Will definitely stay there again because it’s fabulous.
