The highlight of this hotel is definitely the restaurant. The Albanian cuisine is absolutely delicious - it was a real treat to dine there. I highly recommend trying the local dishes.
The room itself is quite compact and the space around the bed is limited, but it was adequate for my needs. The hotel also arranges taxi service to and from the airport, which is very convenient.
I did have one issue during my stay - I requested a wake-up call but unfortunately never received it. This nearly caused me to miss an early morning tour outside the city, which was quite stressful. I hope the hotel can improve their wake-up call service to avoid this happening to other guests.
Despite this hiccup, the friendly staff and exceptional restaurant made for an enjoyable stay overall.
The bathroom was OK, but the design of it is a bit awkward, for example, there is no place to hang the hand towel.
There was a balcony, but on it was a huge AC engine making noise and pulling warm air.
No electric socket next to the bed to charge the phone.
The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.
There was only one lift used for the entire hotel, which sometimes led to long waiting times (this is common in Tirana in general)

The breakfast is insanely delicious. The food is cosmopolitan and very high quality. The oj is freshly squeezed. The cappuccino is simply divine. The server was on point, gracious and classy.
The rooms are so quiet-you’d never know you’re right in the middle of one of the most happening parts of Tirana with access to a ton of nice restaurants, including the hotel restaurant. The maid service is excellent.
Will be back! I was so impressed! From the moment you enter you will feel lucky and well cared for!
The room was spacious and very elegant, the bed was super comfortable, and the shower was wow. We also had a balcony to the backyard which was really nice.
Everyone in the the hotel were lovely, the common spaces were luxurious and the breakfast which was a la cart was great.
