Very bad service. The receptionist, who seems to be everywhere, had a very rude and arrogant attitude. The rooms are very old. It was extremely cold at night, and the windows did not close at all—they were so old they could hardly be considered proper windows. The bathroom was blocked, the internet was weak, and even though I paid for parking, I was not allowed to use it. Overall, a very bad experience at this hotel.

Doro City hotel is an old fashioned hotel with few amenities. We were a group staying at the hotel. We spent little time actually in the hotel so it was ok. One tiny elevator serving all the guests. I would have preferred a hotel with a kettle and waste basket in the room. Also shower gel in the bathroom.

This “4-star” hotel is a complete joke. Nothing here feels remotely close to 4 stars — more like a worn-out roadside motel from the 50s. The doors still use old rusty keys like we’re living in another century, the lighting is dim and depressing, and the air conditioner is completely useless. The carpets? Absolutely revolting — ancient, filthy, and stinking so badly it makes you want to gag 🤢. Staying here feels more like a punishment than a vacation. Calling this place 4 stars is pure fraud. Save yourself the misery and go anywhere else.

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Always accommodating. The breakfast was excellent as well, but from a European perspective probably nice. Loved the cheeses and the staff were very nice. The room was comfortable with great water pressure and quiet. The location was off of the busy area but close to everything and in a nice peaceful location. The decor was older but very well kept and with a modern bar/coffee shop. I absolutely loved it.

Nice hotel, beds were comfortable. And thats what matters most, because we only stayed for one night. Not really a modern hotel, but with good free wifi. Helpfull and friendly personnel. Breakfast was fine. Car could be parked af the parking lot, at five euro.

4 days in Tirana
Location is good, room is specious, furniture is good, bathroom needd update, bed was moderate comfort, breakfast was very basic.
Big shopping mall (Tirana ring center) was around the corner.
Airport bus didn't mind dropping us by this shopping mall, saved us time and money.

Came here for the "traditional" live Albanian music. What i got was a trio with a keyboard-synthesiser playing and singing badly remixed versions of folk music. Nice enough dining space, but if you're thinking of coming for the music, don't get your hopes up too much (maybe there are other bands that play there that are good - can't comment on that). Good luck!

Menu only in Albania and waiters limited English but in for a penny .
Order tagliatelle del mar and salad house white food was amazing simple well cooked all for £10.50 .Like to try more of the menu but difficult when don't read Albanian .

We visited the restaurant after a long day from Theth. The seafood was absolutely amazing, the staff extremely helpful and prices affordable :). We had an amazing time there, to the extend we walked back twice there on the next day.
