It's okay, breakfast is a choice of 3 types of menu.

The price-performance ratio is acceptable. Breakfast is basic, room facilities are basic, there are no blankets or kettles, only thin blankets, and the stairs have no railings, which is unsafe for patients, the elderly, and children. The hotel tax should be 135 LEK, but they demanded 210 LEK in cash, or two euros (190 LEK), which felt like they were overcharging.

I was traveling through Europe by motorcycle and stopped by Albania on my way back! I stopped by the capital for the night and found a hotel to stay overnight!
The staff were very helpful and spoke English well!
The location was great, easy to find in the city center!
The room was a good size, well-decorated, and clean!
However, the curtains didn't block out the light and were partially missing!
Overall, the value was good!

The apartment was as described, everything was fine.
The internet connection wasn't great, and breakfast wasn't a buffet (as seen in one of the pictures), but rather you could choose from two breakfast options that were brought to your table.

Having made two reservations we requested the cancellation of this one and this was refused.

For breakfast, we are given a choice of 3 different menú. No fruits are given.

Location is excellent with 2 buses traveling towards the city centre where there are a lot of tourists. One of the buses is Tiran E Re. This bus makes a round of the city in either direction. You can take another bus from the city centre to a cable car place. The bus name is porcelin.

You can take the Tiran E Re bus from the Tirana Bus station where coach buses end at.

The Arc hotel is hidden from the sight from the main road. It is just behind the ALES building ( attached) where both buses pass by.

There are a lot of amenties nearby. You can eat at kfc, pizza outlets, etc.

The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean, good service but it is not so close to the center although you can go by bus or on foot and if you ask at the hotel they will call you a taxi that would cost about 7 euros. The truth is that quality for the price is not That's wrong

Modern hotel, clean and air conditioning worked. Good customer service. Very basic breakfast.

Road to get to hotel not great, little bit confusing if you didn't have GPS. Car park is around the back and in the basement, steep incline decline so have to go super slow.
