The room is a bit hot at the beginning because the AC and the fridge were turned of when we arrived so they took time to run properly. The pool was fun however since it’s a outdoor pool so it wasn’t that clean, just at an acceptable level. Some lights weren’t lighting The toilet is not very clean - it smells. Small hotel with no other guests at the same time as our group. High season had not yet started, so the pool bar was closed. The receptionist was really friendly and spoke good English. Location ok. Be careful with the shower, it only has cold or hot water. Apparently a feature. I wouldn't travel here with children. The hotel is located high up and there are steep stairs down to the beach.

The room had an excellent view to the ocean. The property has been recently renovated in parts and was impressively clean (not only room but also the surroundings). The pool was full at of May, and we really enjoyed it! I definitely recomend it. Value for money!

Okay Overall we had a good stay and the staff was nice but the main reason we booked the hotel was for the pool. But the pool was drained and it didnt have a view (which i thought it would have). The rooms are also quite aged but i believe they may be renovating at the moment. Overall could have been a lot worse but definitely could have been better.

Very nice new building, clean and nice decoration. Spacious room and own suite and balcony. The service is amazing, family run business. The breakfast is fantastic, all fresh and homemade. Stopped in for dinner and drinks - the sushi is amazing, very delicious! We got 8 plates and shared between 5, every plate was delicious but the salmon dragon roll was the best. Service is a little slow - it took a while for drinks and food to come out. The sunset view is amazing.

The hotel is not located in the center of the city nor is it on the sea. To reach the hotel one has to climb a steep concrete slope. There is only one small elevator. The room is okay, but small. The bed is firm, the water is hot. The shower is slippery and it sprays water into the rest of the bathroom making it slippery, too. Dinner was not a success. Breakfast was better.

We came to this hotel with a group of 19 people for two nighrs and each and every one had a great stay. The rooms are super clean and the breakfast fantastic. The owners an orthodox husband and wife who have worked very hard to open this hotel and work very hard to make it work. We really would recommend you to stay here if you want to support the honest hard working locals/natives of Saranda.

Affordable prices, rooms in excellent condition, cleaned daily, sheets changed regularly. There is free parking space. Nice breakfast considering the small restaurant/cafeteria. The beach is 5 min walk from here, downside is that the river flows into the sea there and the water is cold, but there are many beautiful beaches a few minutes away with car on the road to Ksamil

Nice hotel if your room is located towards the sea. Otherwise the room is located close to a very busy road, annoying especially during nighttime. Sea is easy to access and Downtown Saranda is close by.
