Very good hotel, a little bit expensive, the pool costs almost 10E for person per day. The breakfest is very taste, especially the shef food. The workers of the hotel was very nice

Beautiful hotel excellent accommodation.

Great views from the rock. Hot chocolate in the evening. Private parking. Clean, calm and big rooms. But the way walking back from the city center... up the hill. If you like climbing, the hotel is great choice.

Breakfast is good value and restaurant has a superb view. It's a little rundown in places but there's a major expansion underway so that may change

One perfect place to stay with family. Pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, bar restaurant... And parking lot outside.

Quality/Price the hotel is very good. There is a nice swimming pool, breakfast and dinner (buffet type) are more than fair

It was the first time we were going. The guy who met us at the reception. Still, we went up to eat at the restaurant. Where also very attentive and pleasant staff. hotel where you come in and feel well-behaved

2) They used to have a much better deal that included the skiing pass for Vallnord. Now it is only Ordino-Arcalis which is a much small skiing resort

Just 2 problems: 1) In general the staff is nice but there are some few cases in which unfortunately they are not as friendly as they should

The only problem was that the room is so small that there is no room to open your suitcase!) but the mattress is super soft, the bed linen is great, super clean, warm in winter, great shower, quiet, friendly staff (Yannick) and absolutely well located! I've never had coffee there, I think it's nicer outside

A very central hotel in Andorra, offering comfort and convenience in the heart of the Pyrenees. My only complaint is that the room smelled of cigarettes when we arrived.

Tall male waiter came out and offered 3 languages to start conversation. He took the order, double checked before he left and came back very quickly with the order

e close to the tourism office, Caldea, shops. Quiet and very clean, good amenities and excellent bed and pillows. Very cute café at the basement with toast fresh bread for bfast

The room is long and slender, both beds are 1. There are windows that open to the outside, the bathroom is cleaned by L'Occitane, there is a sink, and there is even a stool

It was really good staying. Large and clean room, good staff, tasty breakfast. We were only 1 night and couldn't visit spa, so I can say nothing about it :(

A wonderful hotel near the bus station. We arrived at 12 midnight and walked to the hotel in 3 minutes. In the morning you can drink juices and champagne in the lobby. The room was huge, I want to go back there

After exiting the elevator, transfer to the elevator in the opposite door to the 5th floor. Facing the hut, the entrance is on the right hand side. It costs 5 euros per person, and the ticket price is half for seniors

A spectacular hotel. Very decent rooms and an exquisite breakfast. The location is perfect. The restaurant staff is very friendly. But the reception staff lacked a smile. Overall, we loved it. We'll be back.

The name has actually been changed and it is now a five-star hotel. At present, it has not been changed on Google Maps, and it is still called Holiday Inn. It takes less than a minute to walk from the bus station

Walked the Coronallacs and this hotel is right near the start/finish, comfortable and good location

The spaces are very small, it is very difficult to park there and the parking in general is complicated and uncomfortable, with steep slopes and little room to maneuver. Honestly, it is not worth the price you pay

My experience at this hotel has not been very satisfactory. One of the most disappointing points has been the parking: it costs €18 per night, a very high price for the conditions it offers

The room we stayed in was very old, the bathroom was very dirty, and it had a bathtub. It really needs a renovation, as it's a three-star hotel and, being right next to shops, it's unbelievable that the TV doesn't work

It's centrally located, the reception is very good, and the reception staff are very helpful. However, the parking is expensive and in poor condition

The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Having the bar underneath was convenient for breakfast, lunch and drinks, and also added to the overall atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again!

It came with all toiletries and heating but without a television The staff were friendly and the pub provided hot and cold beverages and food. It seems popular because it was always full of customers

What a great place! The room was clean and comfortable--nothing fancy, but fancy isn't really our thing. The neighborhood is amazing. And the restaurant/bar on the ground floor is great. Also, the staff is fantastic.

The location is near the parliament and walking distance to most sites downtown. I had the 5th floor so i heard no noise from the pub late nights. I recimmens and will definitely stay here again

The hostel is way cooler and nicer than many hotels I have been. I had a private room and with an excellent view of the mountains. The room was spotless and smelled great
