Nice central and quiet hotel, though I’d probably say more 3 than 4 star, as the rooms seem a little tired. Staff friendly and helpful. Spa and pool facilities are lovely, though I slipped on the wet floor and badly hurt my back and elbow, so do take care. We had to make an unexpected overnight stay in Andorra and just walked in and asked for rooms. They were very accommodating and the rate was amazing (€110 per room). Staff were very friendly. There was a game room our kids really enjoyed. The restaurant had a buffet that was decent. Lovely reading area between 0 and 1st floor.

Yomo Hotels Review Very clean rooms, and the breakfast is good for the price. The overall quality is good. Customer service is OK. If you want to ski, the hotel is a bit far from the slopes, but if you want to go shopping, the location is perfect. We had a wonderful time at hotel Yomo centric Andorra. Best hotel we stayed in during our Europe trip. The hotel has the perfect location and such big rooms, which we appreciated. Possible to visit the spa as an external guest, €15 for an hour. Two saunas that were hot, but the main pool is supposed to be from thermal heat, but couldn’t smell any sulphur. I stayed in Room 333 and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The room was dirty, and the curtains were heavily stained and looked disgusting. Since we took bus from Barcelona to Andorra La Vella, the bus station is within walking distance to the hotel, probably around 15 minutes walk. It's also not far to walk from the hotel to the shopping and dining district. The hotel itself is decent enough, the room was nothing fancy but specious and clean. The breakfast was surprisingly good.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel location is near shopping and restaurants. The hotel fitness studio has spinning bikes which was perfect, as I was able to use my fitness apps. The food at the restaurant was delicious. I would definitely book again.

Very nice hotel near the city center. Rooms are clean with plenty of space and good views to the Valira. Parking (extra cost) is a little bit a problem though, as we can't book it in advance and if full we can only park 10 minutes away. Service is nice and costs are ok. Gym needs a little maintenance.

Had such a wonderful time at the hotel, the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Anything we asked for was no problem and the food was absolutely phenomenal!!!! Don't book rooms 406 -410. The view is a parking lot wall that is inches away from the balcony. The hotel's receptionists were really nice; however, the room service was funny—they left the balcony doors open and never refilled coffee or tea. The breakfast was good enough. One of the most magical places on earth. Been here in summer and whinter. Season doesn't matter. It's just perfect all the time. A place for hikers, skiers, shoppers, historians, romantic couples, every one. Andorra La Vella is the perfect place for everyone and everything.

Right next to the SPA Caldea. The room is big enough for backpack travelers. You can tell that the furniture is not anymore new but everything is clean. Small fridge is available and one pack of chips and bottles of water for free. Nice view with mountains. Many options at the breakfast buffet but it’s a little bit crowded. Anyway with the price 109€ (beginning of August) we are very happy.

However, rates were largely inconsistent with wide variations - some days were 50 Euros, some days were 100 Euros. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Annoying 1.57 EUR city tax is collected on arrival - for goodness sake just include this in your rates! Staff are generally kind, but...

I am giving the hotel 4 stars because the bathroom was not properly cleaned. There were loads of hair leftover from previous guests. When I complained about this to the front desk they acted fast and organized extra room cleaning. Apart from this mishap the hotel was, we were very satisfied with breakfast. Great location too.

Easy walk to the city centre and the national bus station for access to the ski resorts - we had ski storage in Encamp so the bus journey was about 20 mins via the L3 route. The hotel itself was clean and welcoming, staff helpful and friendly.

Great hotel for the price! The location is phenomenal, just far enough away from the shopping area as not to be busy but less than 5 minute walk. The Caldea Spa is ~5 minutes away as well. Clean, comfy rooms with friendly staff and parking. Easy access to the ski resorts as well.

Affordable and good price for a night's stay. Honestly can't give a fair assessment because of external factors. However, the shower pressure was good, the bed was soft, the outlets were near the head of the bed. None of the staff spoke English, parking was full so not able to be used even when it's supposed to be included, and there was no view out the window.

At 5 p.m., the parking lot was full, and there was a 30-minute queue in the public parking lot across the street. A problem that exists throughout Andorra.
