Convenient shuttle with Andbus. Very friendly staff and useful info at the front desk. Great location with supermarket, bars, restaurants, and dry cleaner nearby. Only downside: no fridge in the hotel. Highly recommend the nearby 13.5 bar!

Nice Serene Retreat Room was very spacious - did they upgrade me ? Lovely beds/bedding, the shower was in the bath - so movement was compromised. Very quiet. No fridge in the room - but they did put some of my provisions in the Bar fridge. I was very pleased with my 4 nights here - and the price was accommodating - pardon the pun.

The hotel is well located, the facilities and cleanliness are correct. It's a bit old but quality-price is fine. Of course, the walls must be made of paper because I could hear snoring from the next room. It doesn't bother us to sleep.

My husband and I stayed here, and it was great for sleeping. The mattress was very comfortable, the staff were very attentive, and it has parking that isn't too expensive—much better than parking on the street. The breakfast was good and plentiful. It's also in a great location for shopping.

It’s best to take taxi to hotel if you take bus to Andorra or else you have to walk steep uphill ! Hotel got 10% discount voucher for Pyrenees mall which I used for perfume and bags .

An excellent, classic hotel. The facilities are all new and spotless, and it even has a swimming pool. The location is also superb, just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Here's a tip: when you exit the station, remember to take the elevator to the square; it will save you a lot of walking to reach the Valley Lodge.

Conveniently located near the bus terminal and the main shopping/dining area. The facilities and amenities were perfectly fine. It offers a significantly cheaper stay compared to hotels in Barcelona.

Overall not bad, only downside are the paper-thin walls of the room. Location is perfect, you are in the centre. Breakfast sufficient/enough selection of meat and cheese, and freshly baked pastries. Set just outside the main city, perched on a calf- and thigh-burning hill (a breeze on the way down), this hotel turned out to be a lovely surprise. The setting offered a peaceful escape from the bustle, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming throughout my stay.

Parking is tough in Andorra. Street parking is meter fed and the best option for Sunday (free) but it's very hard to find. Garages are expensive to park in. Be aware. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful. Very close to central area and very walkable.

We have a nice premium family room on the 5th floor. Room was spacious. Only set back was the elevator reaches 4th flr & you've to climb up the last flight of stairs especially dragging big luggages. Service is good. Location is awesome....center to lots of food outlets, shopping! Pyranees is just opposite.

Lovely hotel with history, located in the city Centre. Spacious rooms, relatively clean, housekeeping came every day to change towels and bedding. I wish there was also a kettle to make a cup of tea for a cosy evening. But in general I’d recommend this hotel for a short stay in the city. The hotel is pets friendly, however the soundproofing is poor. Might be worth considering sleeping with earplugs...

We stayed here two nights and thought that it is a wonderful hotel - very clean and comfortable. Very well located for all the sights in Andorra la Vella. Tip - if you are walking from the bus station, when you get to the street Prat de le Crue, enter the parking garage and take the elevator to floor 7. That exits to Avenue Meritxell, so you skip walking up the steep hill!

Stayed here during my holidays in Andorra. The service is overall good, breakfast is ok, bed is comfortable but the first day I got to my room I noticed the floor was a bit dirty, that's the only downside I noticed. Staff is very friendly and location is very convenient.

Hotel room on the street side is very noisy. You can hear the cars as if you were outside. In the morning at breakfast at 9:45 am no more bread, no more drinks, no more pastries... while the service is until 10 am!!! To avoid!!

Great hotel in perfect location for exploring town. Parking very difficult but managed to find free parking for motorcycle. Rooms small as expected but comfortable with good bed. Not sure how it claims to be a 4 star though as facilities are more akin to a 2 star. Very good value despite expensive but excellent breakfast (€12.5). This was already my second time at this place - 2 nights before a big hike and 2 nights after it. As I liked my stay in the beginning, I booked it again after the hike too. And i would suggest it to everyone. Simple, convenient, affordable.

Excellent 5 star location Fantastic location. Check in and out was hassle free. The room was very clean and comfortable. Close to bars, old town sites, restaurants and shopping.

Well, the truth is that you see the photos of the place and it seems like a charming and charming accommodation, but nothing could be further from the truth. It is uncomfortable and sad. You don't even see a simple receptionist. There isn't even a simple fan to cool down the heat, and from what I've seen in comments from other guests, it's cold in winter.

This hotel was chosen as part of a school ski trip. The rooms are basic but good. The bathroom was alright - had an odd set up with the shower curtain. Dining room is on the 6th floor. The food was good and had variety every night. Staff were very helpful.

Stayed in the hotel bc i booked a skii trip through an agency. The hotel is good, like 15 mins from the center walking, nice staff. My meals were included on the package i purchased but i dont eat any type of meat or eggs. They were nice enough to make a special meal for me. I think its a family owned hotel.

We don't stay at hotels usually, so it is hard to compare, but it was clean with a descent room. Our stay also means it was a descent price. There is a restaurant in the building, but it didn't look to work during our stay. It is also not far from the city center and bus station. The only downside was that there were no WiFi in the room.

Clean, comfortable and complete with a friendly welcome. The WiFi is limited to shared areas and the sound proofing wasn't great, but the shower was brilliantly hot and powerful and that's was what I really wanted after a week of skiing! I'd also recommend the attached pizzeria. We dropped in the day after our hotel stay without enough time to finish/savour our pizzas but they were absolutely delicious...

I chose this hotel for a weekend getaway and although it didn't seem to start well, in the end the stay improved. They gave me a fairly small twin room, where there was hardly any maneuverability, quite small, and the bathroom the same or worse. Easy to get to, parking at € 10, the area only has paid parking with a municipal ticket or other establishments, so little to say. Walked the Coronallacs and this hotel is right near the start/finish, comfortable and good location

The room was spectacular, with a king-size bed separated from the bunk bed by a latticework screen and two sofas facing the TV. The cleanliness is due to the cloudy screen, and everything else was pretty good, although the toilet paper ran out on the third day.
