A Hotel that seems ready for any category of customers from ANY part of the globe. there is no language barrier, the dynasty brings with it an enormous increase in the quality of services, the customer asks, the hotel knows how to translate the request, we will come back soon p We LOVED it and would LOVE to come back. Good value for money, good breakfast, very good location

An old fashioned hotel, ok for a short stay and the price paid. Was a bit difficult to access, as the front was being blocked by cars. On arrival our room smelled of tobacco, despite a non-smoking policy, but was otherwise clean and comfortable. Bathroom shows signs of needing update. Breakfast was included but rather poor quality, coffee was a disaster. The staff in the restaurant were rather rude...

Located close to the main street. Nice view from the roof, pool, jacuzzi, gym, sauna at the to floor. You can see the hotel was built many years ago. The underground garage is complicated if you want to park with some bigger car, you need patience for this part of your stay ;)

Nice hotel with friendly staff. The pillows are too flat for my taste though. Also, the pool and spa are paid separately. The restaurant was absolutely spectacular. Some of the best food I've had in Andorra.

It is a very nice place to stay with or without family. Very neat, accommodating, and beautiful. Multiple choices with buffet breakfast, dinner was nice too.

Hotel in a good location in the very center of the capital of Andorra. Clean room

The air conditioner in my room was noisy all night, and on top of that, it wasn't even cool. They charged for my dog for it's supplements, but nothing was given, even the water bowl. The parking fee is more expensive than the nearby public parking lot. Most of all the male staff we met was unfriendly. The breakfast buffet was soso. The only good points are the swimming pool and the sauna.

The hotel room is large, the facilities are very good, the location and surrounding environment are very good, and it is convenient to travel. The service staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very rich and has many kinds. It is recommended to stay.

Very good, very good value for money.

Staff was honest. We forgot our phone charger in the room and they gave it back to us. There was bad smell near to our room and i guess There was some sewage blockage.

Lovely hotel right in the heart of the shopping district of Andorra. Good sized rooms, very clean and comfortable beds. The restaurant has great set menus and the breakfast buffet was stunning.

A wonderful hotel near the bus station. We arrived at 12 midnight and walked to the hotel in 3 minutes. In the morning you can drink juices and champagne in the lobby. Breakfasts are delicious. The staff is very attentive. The room was huge, I want to go back there. Everything was top notch! Andorra is magnificent.

The service attitude is very good, the room is spacious, the breakfast is rich, the location is very good, and it is very convenient to take long-distance buses, public transportation, and shopping. The name has actually been changed and it is now a five-star hotel. At present, it has not been changed on Google Maps, and it is still called Holiday Inn. It takes less than a minute to walk from the bus station. Just turn right and walk to the end when you see the rainbow moka pot, which is on the right hand side. Turn left when you exit the hotel and walk to the twisted clock in the city center...

Rooms are exceptionally clean and pleasant. All the staff are very professional. I didn't miss anything during my visit. I'd love to come back!

Wow, if you have to stay in a hotel that puts you in the middle of everything representing Andorra , this is it. It is a beautiful, high end hotel. Staff are great and very helpful in discovering the best of the area. Waking up to the mountain views can't be beat! Cheers!

Excellent location, close to the center and next to the big department store - Pyrenees. The hotel has a beautiful garden and convenient parking. The staff is super nice. Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious with a great view. The breakfast was great. I also highly recommend the hotel’s restaurant The Pergola, located in the garden with excellent food and service.

We had a lovely experience at the Andorra Park hotel. Reception was super friendly and helpful with directions/recommendations. The spa is very nice! There is a pool, jacuzzi, steam sauna, and dry sauna - you do have to reserve a time, which was not an issue at this time of year. We also got a massage and facial with Fatima and Laideys, which were both fantastic! We would absolutely stay here again...

We stayed at the Grand Plaza for two nights on our way to Spain. The hotel is right in the middle of town, the rooms were immaculate, and the staff couldn't have been more helphul - highly recommended

Every year we come back to this hotel as everything is perfect. The location is great we walk to all shops & restaurants. As soon as we arrive from Spain we are welcomed by the bellboy, Felipe recognizes us as well as Julio. They park our car and at the receptionist José is always super polite and friendly. For our family it is like coming home here.

Excellent location. The room was quite pleasant with a great view, featuring a lovely balcony. Swift check-in and the staff were exceptionally friendly.

The location was great! The staffs were very friendly and helpful. When I got off the bus, I did not have the Internet access but I remember the hotel was close to the famous bridge by the river so I followed the river and found the hotel easily. The room where I stayed was just in front of the bridge!

Hotel location is good and convenient, right next to shopping centre. Though the hotel is a bit old, but the room is tidy and clean. Hotel staff is polite and helpful. Carpark is available at €24 per night.

Great location, 10-15min walk from the bus station, was able to get around the city easily.

The room was spacious, there was a coffee machine with coffee and a bottle of water. But there was no electric kettle.

Beautiful hotel excellent accommodation.

Great views from the rock. Hot chocolate in the evening. Private parking. Clean, calm and big rooms. But the way walking back from the city center... up the hill. If you like climbing, the hotel is great choice.

Delightful old-fashioned hotel with a great view of the mountains. Huge rooms with generous balconies. Also has a nice spa complex (fee to use) including a large pool. Breakfast is good value and restaurant has a superb view. Generous and lovely staff. It's a little rundown in places but there's a major expansion underway so that may change. A highlight of our holiday.

Very good hotel, a little bit expensive, the pool costs almost 10E for person per day. The breakfest is very taste, especially the shef food. The workers of the hotel was very nice. I have been there between friday to sunday and haven't heard any of the construction.

Cava and chocolates gratis as a welcome gift. Spacious rooms and a great view of the snowy peaks.

I think the price/quality ratio is good in this hotel. They have a really nice variety in the diner menu ( 22 eur, 3 courses). The rooms are nice, clean, comfy. I read that someone complained about river sounds … well.. it’s indeed loud, but it was very easy to fall asleep 😂 because of that. As for the spa, It is small and hammam wasn’t working, but we managed to enjoy sauna and jacuzzi. It’s a pity...

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is within walking distance of the main shopping area, and overlooks the river. The view from our room was lovely. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Friendly staff. We didn’t use the spa area during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy and clean place, with good size rooms and great bathroom to relax after skiing (bathtub). You have all you need in the room, starting toothbrush and finishing slippers. Very friendly and helpfull staff 🥰 and lovely spa downstairs 😍 (had it all just for myself). You can have quite a few diferent procedures for a reasonable price. I didn’t stay at this hotel. I was actually staying at a hostel but with a raining afternoon I asked if they had availability at the spa. They did and for 15€ I was able to enjoy the small but adequate facilities that included a sauna, hamman, and a jacuzzi filled with the thermal waters for exactly one hour alone luckily. Not much more is needed. I then stayed in the lobby to watch the tennis match...
