Wow, if you have to stay in a hotel that puts you in the middle of everything representing Andorra , this is it. It is a beautiful, high end hotel. Staff are great and very helpful in discovering the best of the area. Waking up to the mountain views can't be beat! Cheers!
Excellent location, close to the center and next to the big department store - Pyrenees. The hotel has a beautiful garden and convenient parking. The staff is super nice. Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious with a great view. The breakfast was great. I also highly recommend the hotel’s restaurant The Pergola, located in the garden with excellent food and service.
We had a lovely experience at the Andorra Park hotel. Reception was super friendly and helpful with directions/recommendations. The spa is very nice! There is a pool, jacuzzi, steam sauna, and dry sauna - you do have to reserve a time, which was not an issue at this time of year. We also got a massage and facial with Fatima and Laideys, which were both fantastic! We would absolutely stay here again...
Overall, a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The service and staff are fabulous, giving that true sense of a 5-star hotel. Gym is small but well equipped, the interior pool includes the Sauna and Turkish bath (The outdoor pool was closed due to being off-season). First time getting a massage as well and was pretty nice. Once again, the staff super kind and helpful at all times. Breakfast was good...
Excellent breakfast buffet; the food selections are amazing! The rooms are modern. The hotel is on the hill side, so views are awesome. Dinner was very romantic.

Every year we come back to this hotel as everything is perfect. The location is great we walk to all shops & restaurants. As soon as we arrive from Spain we are welcomed by the bellboy, Felipe recognizes us as well as Julio. They park our car and at the receptionist José is always super polite and friendly. For our family it is like coming home here.
Amazing hotel! Super clean, comfortable, and cozy. The spa has everything you need to relax. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful—special thanks to Felipe, who was amazing! Highly recommend, 10/10!
I had the best stay in this hotel, I took my two doggies and they received us with much love. They placed a big bed for them to sleep and treats plus bowls for water and food. The hotel itself is incredible.
Stayed at the Plaza on a half-board basis during a skiing trip and couldn't recommend it enough. All the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Breakfast buffet had everything you could possibly want. Supper was top notch with enough choice to satisfy even the pickiest eaters! The spa was also superb and great value at €25 a day. Overall we had a great time and would gladly give back again!
Nice hotel , good service and food. Very close to the main shopping street. Very nice staff. Rooms are clean but a bit small and old fashioned.

Beautiful hotel excellent accommodation.
Great views from the rock. Hot chocolate in the evening. Private parking. Clean, calm and big rooms. But the way walking back from the city center... up the hill. If you like climbing, the hotel is great choice.
Delightful old-fashioned hotel with a great view of the mountains. Huge rooms with generous balconies. Also has a nice spa complex (fee to use) including a large pool. Breakfast is good value and restaurant has a superb view. Generous and lovely staff. It's a little rundown in places but there's a major expansion underway so that may change. A highlight of our holiday.

Very good hotel, a little bit expensive, the pool costs almost 10E for person per day. The breakfest is very taste, especially the shef food. The workers of the hotel was very nice. I have been there between friday to sunday and haven't heard any of the construction.
Cava and chocolates gratis as a welcome gift. Spacious rooms and a great view of the snowy peaks.

The hotel is close to the central bus station and main shopping street of the city. Rooms are large and cosy, staff is polite. Minor disadvantages: - No drink is included in the meal (not even water), you need to pay extra for it at check out. - The swimming pool and gym are rather small. - The sauna temperature is set to 60 deg. Celsius and it cannot be changed.
