I booked a wide room which was exactly the description, 40 sqM. The buffet formula for the dinner is a very good price for value option. Bar is beautiful is the good old time way, Pedro an absolute great bar tender

Everything's fine, except there's no power outlet by my bed in my room, and I'm used to charging my devices by my bedside.

The place is very well located, it's in the center and it's very pretty both inside and out, the service is super polite and helpful.

Very well location, a bit dated but fully equiptted. Really decent breakfast beyond the roomrate.

A good option in Andorra, although with some minor issues that could be improved We stayed at the Mercure Andorra Hotel for a few days and, overall, had a very pleasant stay

The hotel features a small swimming pool with warm water, which was perfect for winter. The saunas, while also small, were free to use and available from 5:00 or 5:30 p. These amenities were a nice touch

Location is great. The lobby staff barely speaks English. Pool is closed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful during all my stay, including helping me planning my trip to Pic de Coma Pedrosa. The room was spacious and clean, bathroom as well, I could really rest after long days of walking

The restaurant had a buffet that was decent. Lovely reading area between 0 and 1st floor

Parking is easy, but if your car is big, it can be a little stressful, and it costs $22. Overall, I would recommend this hotel

We had a wonderful time at hotel Yomo centric Andorra. Best hotel we stayed in during our Europe trip. The hotel has the perfect location and such big rooms, which we appreciated. The staff are friendly and accommodating

Location is also good, right on the main pedestrian street with all the shops. Parking costs 22€ per night and is not owned by the hotel, but there is direct access from the hotel elevator

The breakfast buffet had a great selection - a lot to choose from. Dinner menu changes every night (3 choices for each course) and we were pleasantly surprised both nights

Nice hotel with friendly staff. The pillows are too flat for my taste though. Also, the pool and spa are paid separately. The restaurant was absolutely spectacular. Some of the best food I've had in Andorra.

Lockers were coin operated - very strange inside a hotel spa. No guidelines on noise level, so half way through a really loud family staying at the hotel came and were talking loudly in the pool, ruins the experience

Possible to visit the spa as an external guest, €15 for an hour. Two saunas that were hot, but the main pool is supposed to be from thermal heat, but couldn’t smell any sulphur

Located within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants, we had a great stay at this hotel. Only thing to note is there’s no parking in the area and you have to pay for the underground car park

Amazing hotel in the very center of Andorra oa Vella. Close to Caldea and has two exits on pedastrian street and main road. Beatiful amenities, bath and douche, great view. By the way, pet friendly.

I stayed in Room 333 and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The room was dirty, and the curtains were heavily stained and looked disgusting. The overall cleanliness was far below acceptable standards

Amenities were complete, housekeeping was very good, and the bellboys and valet service were attentive and professional. Dining at La Pérgola was solid, and wine pricing felt reasonable for a hotel of this category

We were told there were no alternatives and that rooms are subject to availability. What was disappointing was not just the situation itself, but the lack of effort or follow-up to improve it later during our stay

The biggest issue, though, was the ski shuttle. We called twice before arrival to confirm logistics and were reassured not to worry. At check-in, we selected a departure time and were told we were registered

The hotel has beautiful facilities and strong operational staff, but service coordination and front desk leadership need improvement for the experience to truly reflect its five-star positioning

We even felt uncomfortable passing by, as the attitude came across as visibly annoyed rather than service-oriented. The issue was not that a mistake happened — mistakes can happen anywhere

The next morning, fully geared up and about to board, we were informed the shuttle was full and that we were not on the list. This was the first time we were made aware of the mistake

We stayed here because we had a reservation at Caldea, and it's an amazing location, just a 5-minute walk from the center of Andorra. Friendly people at reception and the room was perfect

The bathroom was also a bit dated but perfectly clean and the shower head above the bath was decent. No gowns but the towels were nice enough along with the toiletries and the room gave a decent few night’s sleep

The rooms were clean and spacious, the mattress was good, and they changed the sheets every two days. The breakfast buffet was very plentiful and good, and so was dinner.

This hotel is perfectly situated in a prime location! Cafes, restaurants, and shops are all within easy reach, making it incredibly convenient for dining and shopping

there is no language barrier, the dynasty brings with it an enormous increase in the quality of services, the customer asks, the hotel knows how to translate the request, we will come back soon p We LOVED it and would LOVE to come back

Although located in the bustling city center, the hotel is very quiet inside, completely unaffected by the outside noise, achieving a "quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle".

Our stay at Novotel Andorra was rewarding. The hotel is perfectly located near the city center, with the added benefit of convenient private parking

The windows look into the backyard though. Complimentary WiFi worked very well in the room. The breakfast was very good, big choice. There is a SPA in the hotel but I did not use it, so can not say anything

Nice room’s ‘’ mini suite’’. Good price and service. Stay in 509 and was happy with the view. Near centrum and the Shopping Mile where there is opend to 21:00 and wery helpfull personell in the stores.

Apparently, the room I booked was a suite - a bedroom and a living room (it turned out as a surprise for me as I did not remember what kind of room I booked). Everything is very spacious there

It is in the centre, even if the city is small it's nice to stay in the centre. There is a huge commercial centre Pyrenee next to the hotel: clothes, food, accessories, post stamps

Restaurants are everywhere in the main street. The hotel do not accept American Express card though

Location is right at the center of the town. A 10-minute walk to the Main Bus Station. Close to everything: Supermarket and Restaurants. Room is spacious and the bathroom is nice with a bathtub

Set just outside the main city, perched on a calf- and thigh-burning hill (a breeze on the way down), this hotel turned out to be a lovely surprise

Fabulous location in the heart of the shopping and dining areas of Andorra la Vella. Outstanding staff, hotel rooms, lounge area, and very quick elevators. Everything that we wanted to see was within walking distance

It’s best to take taxi to hotel if you take bus to Andorra or else you have to walk steep uphill ! Hotel got 10% discount voucher for Pyrenees mall which I used for perfume and bags .

Small hotel in the centre of San Marino. About a 10 min walk to the bus stop for Rimini. Simple but decent breakfast included. Small rooms but well designed and very clean. Good value for money given the location.

A very central hotel in Andorra, offering comfort and convenience in the heart of the Pyrenees. My only complaint is that the room smelled of cigarettes when we arrived.

The only problem was that the room is so small that there is no room to open your suitcase!) but the mattress is super soft, the bed linen is great, super clean, warm in winter, great shower, quiet, friendly staff (Yannick) and absolutely well located! I've never had coffee there, I think it's nicer outside

Tall male waiter came out and offered 3 languages to start conversation. He took the order, double checked before he left and came back very quickly with the order

A wonderful hotel near the bus station. We arrived at 12 midnight and walked to the hotel in 3 minutes. In the morning you can drink juices and champagne in the lobby. The room was huge, I want to go back there

Minor disadvantages: - No drink is included in the meal (not even water), you need to pay extra for it at check out. - The swimming pool and gym are rather small. - The sauna temperature is set to 60 deg

Walked the Coronallacs and this hotel is right near the start/finish, comfortable and good location

The spaces are very small, it is very difficult to park there and the parking in general is complicated and uncomfortable, with steep slopes and little room to maneuver. Honestly, it is not worth the price you pay

My experience at this hotel has not been very satisfactory. One of the most disappointing points has been the parking: it costs €18 per night, a very high price for the conditions it offers

The room we stayed in was very old, the bathroom was very dirty, and it had a bathtub. It really needs a renovation, as it's a three-star hotel and, being right next to shops, it's unbelievable that the TV doesn't work
