Great hot tubs there is one inside and one outside they are both not the warmest but they are warm and nice sauna and steam room. The hotel room was pretty good some of the sheets had weird stains but other than that good and the service was ok

There’s no way this hotel can be 4 star - where’s the hotel inspector? Very misled by the listing details - for example reference to spa & fitness centre - simply not true. The hot tubs & 3 pieces of equipment available to use for exercise at best could be described as domestic style/ home gym (but this is still stretching the truth). There is no food available out of the strict breakfast times & of an evening it’s frozen pizza reheated. At 4 star level it’s not unreasonable to expect high end breakfast options - not over ripe bananas taken out day after day & hot dog sausages cut up - please! The only Spa option was massage by local provider By Kalma on set days. Suite itself was ok save for the tiniest ensuite possible & kitchenette locked & only available at additional surcharge of 10€ daily… Shuttle bus availability also misleading - a small battered camper van available during 8am - 5pm (collection at agreed meeting points …) my disappointment matched with anger that this hotel can deceive the public like this. Charging for water another gross insult. Water & complimentary snacks are commonly available in hotels even with less star rating than this place. The owners should be ashamed of themselves, such cheapskates!

Mattresses and bed frames were of the worse possible quality and confort, we all had difficulty falling and staying asleep.
Staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was very good.

We stayed in the suite. Service is great, reception helped us when we needed a set of pliers and a needle and thread. They have a minibus service that takes you straight down to the slopes. They have ski equipment lockers, a small spa (no swimming pool unfortunately) and a good breakfast service.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast, nice rooms and lovely with the spa inside and outside after a long day on ski.

For Andorran standards decent prices. Parking area is rather small. The room was nice but nothing special. Breakfast was okay but I didn't like the coffee. Main issues were the poor quality of the curtains, the bad wi-fi connection in the room and the poor sound isolation (I could hear another couple somewhere in the hotel having "fun" during the night...)

Amazing Andorra hotel visited for a motorcycle tour around pyrenees, big rooms and spa to relax in after long days out scenery was spectacular.
Breakfast was great and secure underground parking for motorcycle
