I stayed in this hotel for a week in a twin room which was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Shower worked well. This hotel is situated just off the main street and was quiet. The staff clearly want you to enjoy your stay and work hard to achieve that goal. The food is good with a wide choice of Catalan dishes with the odd burger and chips available. Food is served as a Buffet so there is plenty of it. There are free ski lockers which will hold 2 sets of skis/ snowboards. I really enjoyed my stay here and will probably stay here again. Small grumble about the WiFi; it kept dropping out but it did work. More hanging facilities for airing/drying jackets or other clothing would have been nice. Other than that I would definitely book here again.

Just back from a week’s stay as a family of 4. Overall, it’s a good experience, could be even better with a few improvements. Positives: - Super clean, cleaning staff do a fantastic job. - Plenty of hot water & rooms had baths & showers. - Comfy beds & warm rooms. - Friendly staff - 5-10 minute walk to gondola. - Breakfast, was the same every day but tasty hot & cold options. Lots of coffee selections & 2 choices of juice. - Dinner salad, soup & desserts. These were delicious! - Drinks prices were good, 2-3 euros each for soft drinks or beer. Free jugs of tap water with dinner & a free sangria on our first day! Negatives: - The WiFi. Having to rejoin regularly was annoying but would have been ok if it worked! WiFi was very slow & lost connection regularly. Recommend you get an eSIM with extra data instead. - Dinner hot buffet options, limited selection, not always to our taste. Fussy eaters will struggle. - There are ski lockers in the basement (10 euro deposit for locker for 2 sets skis/boots), but it’s very cramped & we didn’t fancy the walk in ski boots over slippery cobbled streets. We hired a locker at the base of the gondola instead (85 euros for locker for 4 sets skis/boots for 6 days).

We have just returned from the Hotel Soldeu Maistre. I would like to thank all the staff for being so kind, friendly & helpful it made our holiday very enjoyable. The rooms were quite a good size, cleaned every day, and the beds were very comfortable. The food was excellent although being buffet style. The dinning room had a nice atmosphere and the tables set out well. We had a bath & shower which was very good, always loads of hot water. The ski lifts were about 100m across the road, as were the supermarkets. There was a bus stop right outside the hotel if you wanted to travel about. The boot room is o.k with access to the road. Storage in the bedroom was a little cramped but we found enough draws, shelves etc for our clothes. The hotel has a lovely lounge with nice comfortable chairs with tables. The bar has a good stock of drinks. The only down problem is the wi fi as it can be a bit intermittent. This is a hotel we would certainly return to for a ski holiday.

Friendly staff , rooms cleaned every day , great views and great location . Bar cheaper than any other hotel and boot room just a €10 refundable deposit for the week. The staff also went out of their way to accommodate my gluten free options . I would definitely recommend.

Very well-run hotel. Good size rooms, good breakfast buffet, clean. Quiet area at night; enjoyed being close to mountains. Easy to go from Soldeu to lower villages/the capital and back using local buses. Grocery store across the street; wine and alcohol also available.

Great hotel. Ticks all the basic boxes. Clean, rooms good, comfortable beds, lots of boiling hot water for bath/shower. Food (buffet) was excellent with lots of choice. Very friendly staff- Soledad and Almendra to name just two. Our room was on the front of the hotel with a Juliet balcony but it faced the gable end of the next door hotel, so no view. The hotel was probably only a 3rd occupied (end of March) so no rush to get a table for breakfast or dinner. Apres ski at Fat Alberts or the Harp, 1 minutes walk away Main lift station 5 mins walk away (walk past Fat Alberts) The main downsides of this hotel- 1) As many have mentioned 8pm is too late for evening service in a ski resort 7pm or even 7:30pm would be a lot better. 2) Annoying WIFI that you have to keep logging in to. This is an easy fix! 3) The hotel ski lockers are not heated and it's a bit of walk to the main gondola. We rented a locker in the lift building in Soldeu for €18 a day shared with 3 people. I'd have no hesitation coming back to this hotel. Soldeu is a much better location compared to Pas. Top Tip- get a data e-sim for communication when on the mountain. Cost €6 online for 3GB and 10days. Use whatsapp to call.

I came to this hotel with my husband and 2 sons in February half term. Our sons had a front facing room with a great view of the mountains and street. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Lovely looking hotel in excellent position 10 mins walk from the gondola station and round the corner from a few bars for your evening entertainment. Its only 10 euros depoait to store your skis etc in the locker room. I would recommend this hotel and would return!

We have just ended our stay here and we had a lovely stay. The decor of the hotel is lovely, the hotel is very clean. Our room was big enough, with a nice view of the mountains. The staff here are really friendly, reception, bar staff, the kitchen staff and waitresses were all very helpful and thank you for a nice stay. The cleaners (who we didn't meet) are great, our room was cleaned and it was lovely coming back off the slopes to what felt like a new room. The food is good, buffet style with plenty of choice and it changes most evenings. They catered for vegetarians well and there was plenty for my partner. The breakfast was very similar with a great selection. The downside is that they don't start serving till 8pm which is a little later than I would have liked. If you're not there at 8pm and arrive later you might have to wait at the bar for a table. Great location, very central to everything. It's a few minutes walk from the gondola (walk the back way through fat Alberts it's easier). The Andorra ski office is just behind and is great for information. The main bus stop is just outside. Lockers are basic but do the Job, located under the hotel in the underground car park. 10.00 deposit for the week. The WiFi wasn't great, the signal kept dropping most days from our room. It was hard to connect. It was frustrating having to re log in with a code every time you left the hotel and returned but this would be my only feedback. Overall we would return. Good hotel.

WiFi Diabolical - Food to eaten at own risk Ask above. Food is TERRIBLE - eat at your one risk WI-FI is absolutely shocking. You can not advertise a venue as “super fast internet” when it isn’t capable of 1998 speeds. 3 years of visiting and we’re not going to a competitor over the road for our 2026 holiday. Excellent hotel in central location. Stayed half board, family of five on ski trip. Food very nice, buffet style, varied everyday with something for everyone. Staff very friendly and helpful. Delicious meal served for New Year. Would highly recommend.

A small coffee shop up the hill a small ways from the main road with a small selection of breakfast foods. Best coffee we found in Andorra. Nice lady running the place. WiFi and two outdoor tables that were magnificent on a sunny day. Closed on Monday (at least in oct).

This place is a gem ?... the staff are so kind, knowledgeable and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious. We had a set menu each (starter, main and dessert for €20 ea!). All the portions were generous. I had this incredible meaty stew in this gorgeous, rich sauce. We also shared a huge magnum of local wine... ? four people, all very happy and full for only €100. Only fault would be the bathrooms aren't as lovely as the restaurant. Everything else was great. Warm and friendly atmosphere too. It's a little hard to find... but worth the discovery?

The first dish we were surprised by its low abundance, but the second very correct, we are the perfect combination to not get out empachado dinner, an amazing quality in the dishes, products made by hand and good service, of course the price corresponds with the quality, but it is not excessive.
Only a but, didn't have a letter that was not in English, luckily the very good service and get it translated if you don't understand, but it seems geared to English tourists.
